- SusanThey called me 5 times in 5 minutes - honestly. This is harassment. When I took the 5th call the telemarketer tried to tell me the call was for my benefit - that it was about my merchant services. I told him I did not have merchant services and never to call me again. They had better not...

- CUSTSRVReceived 6 calls from a very rude guy named Cameron within 15 minutes. He had continually called our company numerous times a day for the past week. After speaking to him and asking him not to call again, he began to call and hang up. It is not beneath him to lie.

- Mrs. PetersA man called our business and asked to speak to the owner....I offered to take a message for him since the owner was not in...he said that he was calling from the owner's CURRENT merchant services company, and that it was very important he get a hold of the owner right away. He asked who he was speaking with, and what my position was in the company. I was trying to be polite, although his tone was super annoying, so I answered his questions. Then he asked, "So are you sure you're not a part owner, or someone who can make a decision regarding the merchant account?" At this point I was appalled by his rude tone of voice which was steadily getting ruder by the minute!
Since I already knew which company we currently use for our merchant services, I asked him "What company are you calling from?" He did NOT like this question at all....He then proceeded to yell at me and got extremely defensive. He screamed, "I just told you I work for the company called 'Merchant Services'!!!" So I asked him again in a calm voice, "Right, but what is the full name of your company?"
He would not listen to my question and kept yelling over me....this steadily got louder and louder each time I asked him the proper name of the company.... At this point I was NOT going to let this question go, since I knew he was a telemarketer and was definitely NOT calling from our current merchant services company.
He then said "Are you illiterate or dumb, do I need me to spell 'Merchant Services' for you???!!!"
I said, "If you keep talking like this, you will never speak to the owner." He hung up on me, then proceeded to call us over and over again, just to harass us. What a psychotic caller....and merchant services company!!- Caller: Merchant Serrvices AKA Continental Divide

- Mr. LopezMan called and we were extremely busy so I told we were not interested in any merchant services and hung up. He then called back 5 times I finally answered and he begins by yelling at me telling me that he was not selling me anything. He called me unprofessional for not wanting to listen to him (yelling), so I decided to hear him out only because I knew what the end result would be. In the end after listening to his pitch I told him that we only process about 10,000 a year in credit cards (as most of our payments come from checks issued to us by insurance companies). He fumbled his words for a sec and said well im sorry our program wont help you out after all.
So unprofessional on his behalf! I can't believe this company operates in this manner. I dont care if I hang up on him 100 times. A telemarketer has no right to yell at a "Potential Customer".- Caller: Priority Payments Merchant services

- LeeI just got a call from Christopher and he too said this was for my benefit. When pressed on providing me with any information about my merchant account to verify that we are associated, he got rude. When I said I was not interested he actually said it had nothing to do with my interest. Really? When I asked him to take me off his list he said their was not list. Then, when he challenged my level of education or business knowledge that is when I dropped the MF bomb and that got him off the phone.

- n/aThis guy named John called me and asked for the owner, I told him he was busy. He told me in a rude voice well you better get him because this is an emergency. I knew this was a scam call because he has called numerous times and we told him to take us off of the list and not call again. We do not have any merchant accounts so I knew this guy was full of it. I told him to not call again and please take us off and I said thank you, and hung up. He called right back and was as rude as he could be threatening my job and calling me the rude one. He was lucky that we had people in the office otherwise I would have ripped him a new one. He will call again and I will get the chance to do so. He will try to scare you and intimidate you into letting them talk to the owner. DO NOT FALL FOR IT! IT IS ALL A SCAM!

- Steve P replies to meWhat a jerk - passed to me by the CEO, talked over me, acted like I didn't know what I was talking about; then admitted he needed to put a support rep on the phone; going to lower CC rates 40% because we have such a great no-fraud rating ..... etc. Talked over me and then got mean ! Ignore calls fro this number.
- PaulaChristopher from "National Interchange". Multiple calls. Beyond rude. Demanding to know the name of the admin person who screened them out. First telling them we are not interested in a new Merchant Services company, then telling him that he was looking them up on the internet & not seeing them, accusing him of not being a legitimate company, at which point he wanted to talk to her boss (me). Got me, he demanded to know the admin's name who interfered with this urgent banking matter.. I told him I could help him as I am the accounting manager, he said not, he could only talk to the owner because her social security number is linked with the merchant account. I told him, no, it's not, we are a corportation. He changed his tune & said hre tax ID # is linked with the Merchant account and he could only talk to her. I told him I would take a message. This has SCAM written all over it.

- THE ManTotally rude B.S. company. They asked for the owner so I pretended I wasn't to find out what my employees had been talking about. We're completely rude and also lied to my temporary "employee" . I just changed over to a new credit card processing system last week so I am very very current on my business moves in particular my transaction processing. This company seems like it is a "boiler room" operation. Nothing but bad reviews anywhere you look--- I wouldn't trust my information with them so why would I risk my customers valuable info?!?!?!!!!

- lizI received a call from this number, a woman I believe she said her name was Niki and proceeded to ask for my boss. I told her that he was away from his desk but I would be glad to take a message for him. At this point her attitude went downhill, I mean at this point she was only speaking down to me, and so rudely. She told me that I could take her name and number down but she needed to speak to him so when would be a better time to call back. I asked what this was in reference to and she said it was regarding the merchant service account, a change that they need to do updating to. I told her oh well you must be from our bank (we only have a debit card and bank account we do not credit card transactions) she got really snotty and said no she wasn’t from my bank that she was above the bank and acted like I was stupid for saying that. I told her that we aren’t interested but before I could completely get that out she was talking to me so rudely that I asked to speak to her supervisor because the way she was speaking to me was unprofessional at best. She yelled at me some more and hung up then call back but this time it was Christina that call and said that she was her boss and I was about to tell her that I didn’t appreciate her employees tone but before I could get that out she was telling me that she was listening to the call and Nikki was being polite and professional and I was interfering with a business matter and once she got my boss on the phone she was going to tell him that. This isn’t the first time I received a call from this “company” whose name is unknown so I called this number back trying to find out the name of the company and see if there was anyone I could talk too that was crazy. Well I got the Niki girl again she asked if I had a reference number I said no, I missed a call from this number and who is it that you are. Well she said if you don’t have a reference number I can’t help you and hung up on me. So I called a couple more times trying to get someone else. It would go to a voice mail system. But then Niki answered again and proceeded to yell at me for calling, and that it was her personal cell that I was calling and to stop. I told her that she was a telemarketer/scammer and to never contact my office again. And she hung up on me, then almost immediately the number called back and it was Christina and she proceed to threaten me to never call back again or she would report me to the attorney general. That she has all the recorded calls. I hope she sends the one where Niki tells me that she lives in the same area as me and would be coming to my office with implications to hurt me. They are crazy and it’s a huge scam, never answer and if you do happen to answer do not give them any information, and ask for theirs, then you’ll see their true colors come out.
