Credit card processing crap. When I told her to "BLEEP OFF" and hung up, a person with an identical sounding voice called back claiming to be supervisor, etc...  They were talking some crap about "risk matrix had improved..." but had no clue who my bank or processor or anyone else was although they claimed to have gotten information from them to call me...
Threatened to call me back another day. If they do, I will make police report for harassment....

Same thing, call asking for the owner..., never provided there company name- since there probably isn't a real company anyway!  If you are a REAL company, you call and state who you are and what company you are with, if you are a SCAM you demand to speak with the owner, hint that you are their merchant service account provider, ask for more info to sell to other SCAMMERS.  If you work for these people, QUIT and get a real job!

They called my company. There was silence on the other end and then they hung up.

This is the second call from Merchant Services in two weeks trying to scam their way into talking to the owner about changes in his account with them. I finally got the lady who called me today to admit that he does not have an account with them. I promptly hung up on her. If they call back a third time, I will hang up as soon as they state who they are.

They called my business this morning. Whenever I pick up the phone, announce the company that work for and there's silence on the end but then I hear background noise, I hang up. I'm not repeating myself.

They called 10 minutes ago at my business. First call no one was in the back ground and I hung up. Moments later they (Merchant Services) called again. I let the phone ring then answered. I asked for the persons name and she said "clowy"? They wanted information  about the owner but that was me on the phone with them. They said there was a change in my Visa account, I don't have Visa Account. I asked them to stop by my office and see me in person. I wish they would. Sounded like a foreigner calling. I frustrated the caller. Then moments after the call I got another from a guy who told me he was with our phone company. Wanted to tell me that the phone company was reducing my monthly rates for the business lines. Since when does that happen? The caller was a guy who first said he was Century Link  and wanted to know how many lines we had. I asked him if he was with the phone company he should know that. He had no response. Then he asked for the numbers for all the business line and told him to bite me and I called the phone company. I was told no one would make such a call from the phone company. That call came from the same number as Merchant Services.

They call me today about 6 times,very pushy and anti profesional same,call first person the "supervisor" they keep talking over you;
no way I do bussines with this people
