The call was from someone names Mark Phillips, no company name and sounded as if he was making a friendly follow up to call I made. Turns out to be another extension for National Credit Systems (NCS, www.nationalcredit.com), a collection agency for American Express.

I received a call from Calvin Carsen. He said he was from MCI and called in reference to a debt with American Express. He said was going to take personal legal action if I don;t pay the debt in 24hours. I think he is part of a collection agency...

Same here....left a message about an ergent matter needing imediated contact. He left this number and an extention like its a buisness but when you call it just says leave a message. There is no way to enter an extention....very SHADY!
