Repeatedly calls and never leaves message. Thanks to the information I gathered from messages left by others on this site I have left a message for them to be placed on the do not all list both on their voice mail and on their web site. I find this to be an abuse of the spirit of the do not call list. If non-profits and political organizations outsource their calls to such super-persistent call centers, we end up having to call each and every such solicitor company separately to ask to be off their list. That would be totally ridiculous.

Everyday they call. They never leave a message. I would like them to stop.. I never pick up and hope they will  give up... ! I guess it comes down to calling them to ask them to stop.

They just called my house at 1:30am!  They have called a few times already (at more reasonable hours) but there's never been anyone on the line.

This number called me everyday for 10 days straight about a month ago. The one time I answered during that period, a guy laughed and hung up. After 10 days, it stopped and I thought I was in the clear but I got another call this morning. I tried calling the number back (as suggested here) twice. The first time I got a message stating to check my number and try calling again. The second time I got a busy signal. Annoying.

Because we have illiness in our family these types of calls are never answered .. if someone does not state who they are and why they are calling our family we do not even bother to pick up the phone if we are at home.. and if we are gone.. we never return any calls from people we know or don't know that cannot have the decency to leave a message. Those who really love us do not do us this way... !!!

The do not call list is a JOKE . Most folks do not realize  that the data bases are sold to the highest bidders and most companies are willing to take a fine! The Federal Trade Commission agreed earlier this week to delay purging numbers on the national Do Not Call list. It is waiting for a ruling from Congress, which is currently considering a bill to make registrations on the list permanent.

Current FTC rules state that numbers on the registry last for five years before they must be renewed. Because the registry started in 2003, the first people to have signed up are set to be cleared from the list in June 2008.

Originally, the five-year limit was introduced to keep the registry up to date on numbers that had changed or been disconnected. However, the registry also uses a scrubbing program that purges disconnected or reassigned numbers on a monthly basis — leading some policymakers to call the 5-year purge unnecessary.

A House subcommittee met earlier this week to discuss bill H.R. 2601, which would renew all numbers on the Do Not Call List through 2012.

Another bill, H.R. 3541, would make Do Not Call registrations permanent. In the Senate, the bill for permanent registrations is called S. 2096. In both the House and the Senate, the bill is still in its first stages and has been referred to a committee.

More than 70% of American adults who have heard of the Do Not Call registry have signed up, according to the FTC. Companies who ignore the registry face fines of up to $11,000 per violation.

These people call several times everyday. Since our machine picks up, they don't bother to leave a message, but keep calling. I finally reported them to my local consumer protection agency and sent them a message not to call our number anymore. It turns out they're the biggest fundraisers for the Republican Party--ugh! Not only are they scummy telemarketers, but they're scummy telemarketers with the extra GOP sleaze.

I got a call from this number several times. Turns out they were using a charity to raise funds for the DNC. Those smarmy Hillaryites will stop at nothing!

Get several calls a day

I've received several calls on my cellular phone from this number...I have my home phone and all cellulars listed with the national "Do Not Call Registry" and I still get them...how can I stop them from calling me?

I get this call daily I never answer it. But they keep calling
and have been call for four month. How do you stop this madness.

If you see this number on your caller ID it is from a telemarketing company. They claim exemption from the federal do not call list. There is a loophole in the law. To have your name removed from their list, call their number and leave your number with this message. "This call is being recorded with a time and date stamp. Remove this number (Your number) from all your lists." Mark the time and date you left the message. If they call again you can collect damages if you wish to pursue it. we have caller ID, so I do not pick up, but they call anywhere from 2 to 3 times daily. How can I get them to stop calling.

1-602-388-8058 has called repeatedly in November. Most of the time, I see on caller ID that it's an out of state number so I don't even bother answering.  If the call was important, I'm sure the caller would leave a message.  Out of curiosity, I googled the number and it took me to this site. If it was a legitimate charity, you can be sure the caller is skimming off 1/2 of what is collected.

Calls repeatedly,never gives up.This morning,got a call at 8:30.What a bunch of pukes,as if I would ever even consider any cause that they are pushing.And,as many others have said,am also on the do not call list.

I have received a call from this number several times a day for over a week now. It is annoying. But thanks to caller ID I don't have to answer it. Just a pain in the neck to check when I am disabled and have trouble reaching phone to see who it is that is calling only to find this number.

Has called multiple times, the the phone barely rings before they hang up which is I think due to the fact I have a ring back song on my phone that sets of phone bots or automated services,I AM on the Do Not Call list and this is my cell phone so it does get a little annoying.

I received several calls from this number in the past few days.  On the internet I found where someone suggested it was a Fedex/Kinkos' followup survey.  Since I had been to Fedex/Kinkos recently, I answered.  It was a very nice lady with a 90 second survey on my experience at Fedex/Kinkos.  She was grateful that I took the time to answer her call and I am glad that I did.  It did not cost me anything and maybe helped her and the Fedex/Kinkos store employees.
