Received text with this call back number.
Obvious phishing scam using voice synthesizer.
I made up a credit card number, it asked for my expiration, my current pin, then asked for my new pin, and finally said my card that I made up was activated.

CU: WEST Notice: Your card starting with 4852 has been deactivated.  
Please call 602-412-3113 to reactivate.

I received the same pishing message from this telephone number. Anyway we can track them down and torture them to death?

Received the same exact text. A few hours ago

"Your account starting with 4626 has been placed on hold.  Please call 602-412-3113.  From west@vtext.com
CU-West alert"
I could only find out that this is a landline and the carrier is T-Mobile USA.  I used reverse phone and I would have had to pay for the name.
CU-West is Credit Union West and I am calling them to let them know that someone is using them to scam.

Same exact text message that Karen got.  Same crap word for word - I can't believe that these scammers can get away with this harassment.
