Another annoying "Get Rich Quick" scam.  About having you pay some stupid, unnecessary fee (upfront - of course!!) to be able to 'sell' credit card processing services to small businesses.

These goons take your money upfront, offer you a pittance of a commission and a website - and (like the preacher said in Mel Brooks' Blazing Saddles "Son.....you're on your own....")

Don't waste your breath on these idiots.   This scam has been running from Arizona for the last few years because this state is SO lax in enforcement that these morons can operate without fear of prosecution.

They want you to pay them to incorporate your LLC with the state of Arizona - funny thing, they say this is a one time fee - yet right on the AZ Corporations (the STATE site, not some schmoes site) it states clearly you have to pay a renewal fee EACH YEAR.

They will then file for your EIN number.   I would be scared CRAPLESS to have someone file for an IRS EIN number in my name.   Keep in mind, you have NO IDEA what these morons will be doing with this number - and YOU WILL BE ON THE HOOK for anything shady or otherwise that goes on with regard to this number.   It is JUST LIKE giving someone you've never met before your social security number and all of your personal info.

They can use this to open a bank account.  Run up a tax bill.  Fail to pay taxes.  You imagine it - it could happen.

Worse?   The number they are calling from comes back as disconnected or no longer in service when you dial it back.

What REAL business would do this?

Don't waste your time.   They just want to get some money up front for this fake incorporation, then try and sell you some lame mentoring time at a high fee rate.

The jokes on you baboons - I've had this pitch before from you.   Keep on bugging me and you'll end up with an a$$ whoopin' boy.
