Air conditoner company using dial machine to offer special since 'we're in your neighborhood'.
Phoenix area code....  they've been at it for years and been reported to the Attorney General numerous
times.

The woman was too dumb to realize she was talking to my answering machine and also didn't realize she hadn't hung up.  So for 3 minutes, I got to listen to her conversations about work schedules with the other workers.

Telemarketer calling at 8 PM trying to sell energy saving crap. Pathetic mouth-breathing female starts off with "How is your night going, so far." Last time I heard that question, I was being solicited by a woman of the evening in an LA hotel lounge. Wouldn't you think this company would have some sort of training program to rid their new employees of the remnants of their prior employment. Google the number to see multiple complaints about this scumbag operation.

Called yesterday and today about 1:30 pm. No message left either time.
One thing I learned years ago, if someone cold-calls me and says "Have I got a deal for you!", it is assuredly a better deal for them than for me.

Called me two days in a row saying how they have been trying to get in touch with me for some time (bull) and they go on and on about being able to lower my utility bills.   I do not answer, just let them rattle on with their message and then immediately delete it.  To all out there, the "do not call list" does not exist any more so don't bother listing them or complaining to them.   Too many people signed up over the years and they do not have the sources to keep up with them so they just disolved.  Don't waste your time.  We are stuck with getting these calls all the time now.

They have called a few more times with a recorded message "Hi this is Mike from ESA, and we've been trying to reach you for a few days, we have been saving homeowners in your area a lot of money on their electric bill. You can call us back at 877-214-6378 to see if you qualify. . ."

phone rang at 8:23 a.m.  I'm getting dressed.  no one said anything then dial tone.

Got a call from this number but I didn't answer.  Caller left no message.

What's the good of registering with the National Do Not Call list, when nothing is being done.  These [***] call the house 4 times a day.

Sorry about that.. it takes time to track down and nab the criminals, frauds and illegal telemarketers. Its not TV and NCIS solved in a hour.  Perhaps you could try reading at the FTC & FCC web sites, listen to the news reports, read the reports..  Its not your fault you didn't realize these resources exist after all.. You'll be able to google your local news stations for other news on busted scam ops!  You might also wish to consider getting a call blocker though since it does take time to track down and arrest these criminals breaking the laws.
