Got VM from them to Call Back, Law Office of Wayne Marsh

Got a message to call KELLY @ extension #419, All she said was she was from Wayne Marsh Attorney & wants me to return the phone call. I haven't even received a letter from them. I'm sure its about an old debt. Since Attorneys are getting in on all the defaults w/ collection agency making bank on those who have become unemployed & can't catch up paying their rent or mortgages. Don't let them win, they are beatable in court. Don't let them take your money by not responding or defaulting. Our families come first & we have to take care of them first!

Treated to sue me in court, collecting for past due bill, I stated I am unemployed.

Got a phone call & letter from them suing me for an alleged debt.

I recieved the same phone call as stated within this forum. I was told to call a Paul Johnson back. This number is always harrassing me nonstop, yet I don't recall recieving ANY written documentation of what they are upset with me about.

Received a call from same law firm regarding past debt that's already went to court. It's listed as a judgment against  my credit (no money to pay it) and was handled already by another law firm in another state.  apparently they've never heard the old cliche that you can't get blood from a rock!  They might as well pass my file on down the line. Unfortunately that's just the way it is right now.

This is a debt collector that can be very harassing, Calls years after the credit card companies have dismissed the debt. Vulture trying to pick off the bones. Don't answer or call back. Shady people.

Received a call from Jon Hester from the Law office of Wayne P. Marsh. Wayne P. Marsh is a law firm out of Arizona. This Jon Hester (if that is even his real name) says he needs to speak with me regarding a legal matter. I googled Wayne P. Marsh, and this firm has absolutely nothing to do with debt collecting, so I'm assuming this Jon Hester is not really from the Wayne P. Marsh law firm. These people lie to you, and try to scare you into giving them money. If they were legite, they would be able and willing to send documents with details. All they want is your credit card number or social security number. DO NOT GIVE ANY INFO TO THESE PEOPLE! They are scammers.

Received a call from Trina at the number above asking for Carl. CArl is my deceiced husbands Uncle. I didnt ask what they wanted, but she asked me to forward her number onto Carl.

Received a long distance call from my son who is serving our country in the military, asking that he have me call them at 602-429-0394, ext. 421 (no further explanation given). I have not received any telephone calls or written correspondence from these people.

This number keeps calling my parent's house looking for my husband and they are pretty presistent.  My mother just keeps telling them that there is no one there by that name.  I have no idea how they got my parent's number or why they are calling.  We have never defaulted on any debt.  Before we were married, I was taken to small claims court over a sewer dispute with a neighbor but the judgment was paid that day.  Seriously, these people need to get a life and start working a real job like the rest of us!

Idiots (ext 425) called both of my phones!!!! Wrong person!!!!

Recieved a call, first they call our families,  A Mr.Thompson called from March Law group, saying we owe alot of money. We havent recieved any bill or anything, its not right, just not right.

Received a call and a message on my phone from this number looking for my dad. I'm not sure how they got this number but when I tried to call them back, I got a message that said they weren't accepting phone calls...this is hinky if you ask me.

There is a Patrick calling from this number that calls my job repeatedly. I've told him several times NOT to call me at work but to call me at home. If you are truly a debt collector, you will conduct business through my home line on MY time not on my company's time. He was very rude and told me that he could call me at work whenever he wanted. I hung up on him. He call again the following day and asked for a fax number so that he could fax garnishment papers to my job, I politely laughed at him and asked if I had not just asked him to call me at home and we could discuss the matter then again I hung up on him. I check my voice messages today at work and again he has called and wants me to call him at my convenience....these people are truly crazy. Provide me with some detailed information or a letter. This type of harrassment is just crazy!!

I received a call in March from Marsh Law Group on an old apartment bill me and my roommate owed. I offered them $50.00 a month they refused. I was advised they would enforce the eviction judgment, I ignored them. Three weeks later both me and my ex roommate were being garnished by our employers.

I received two calls last week saying they were now going to sue me for the damages my and my roommate left in the apartment.

Any ideas on what we can do now?

Called didn't identify who he was or why he was calling. Stated my full name but was asking for someone else I don't know. The very fact that he knew my name startled me so I had to look up who was calling me. I don't know who this business is or what they wanted
