The number keeps calling my work cell phone number numerious times during the day and night and it is a dead silence when you say hello and they keep calling back.

First time receiving a call from this number. But I hit "ignore" and came here to research the number. Glad to know that Silence is harassing me. And when I say that I'm glad - uh, no.

But how odd: its 16 January 2013, and the two previous people ahead of me are back in October 2012.

Second time to call. No voicemail left. Now it's March 14 (nearly two months later).

this number has been calling my cell phone, but never leaves a message.  Found out today, they have called my bosses number at home office, but ask for me.  It showed up Progressive Fin on their caller ID.

Continual pest.  Call for weeks and don't answer when you pick up phone.  Apparently they got another sucker to answer and hung up on me.  Finally today, a "Zoltan Barbarin" gave me his name -- he was calling for my father who is 98, but wouldn't give me any information.  So I wouldn't give him any information.  Claims he is with a financial services company.  My father has absolutely no need for his services or swindles.

They are calling and if they call back, report them to the Arizona Attorney General's office and to the Federal Trade Commission. This is very serious harassment.
