Someone calls me from this number every day as anonomous.

I get a call from this number everyday but they never leave a message!

They call me every day never leave a message!!! I never answer # I don't know. So annoying!!!!!!

I have gotten calls from this number which goes to my answering machine. They never leave a message and they are annoying as hell. If what one of the poster says is true and they from the group NAMBLA. I have I desire to deal with them in the first place... What the hell do they want from people by calling them?

Just got a call from these people as well while at work.  I'm on the do not call list.  How'd they bypass it?  Listened to the voicemail they left.  They said their from Progressive Financial Services but refused to tell me why they're calling.  I've never heard of Progressive Financial Services.  If I've done business with them before I'd remember it.  The number they wanted me to call them again was 1-800-715-1350.  So their using fake numbers to try and get people to answer.  That's a slick scam they're pulling.

This is Progressive Financial Services spoofing possibly what a previous poster stated about NAMBLA.  Its disgusting that Progressive Financial Services would stoop to such a level as this but I'm not surprised with a telemarketer.  Will be reporting this telemarketer to the BBB.

these people all about 2 to 4 times a day even as late as 8:30pm, who is phoenix az, let them keep calling and waste their time, if we don't know who you are we don't answer

Quit calling me. It's not even for a person who lives here. Press 2 and they hang up on us. I can't even tell them to quit calling...

Yes, you can. Send them a letter VIA certified mail with return receipt requested informing them the person they are after does not reside at your number and you will take legal action against them if the calls don't stop.

Progressive Financial Services is a debt collector.  They are calling me about my Sallie Mae loans.  When they picked up today the guy goes, "Hi sweetie!".  Guy was such an [***].  He was telling me that I have no excuse for not paying, and that I have no excuse for not having a job that allows me to be paying off my loan.  This guy went on to tell me how he already has a $100,000 a year paying job for when he graduates.  Basically the guy did everything he could to make me feel like a piece of [***].  Good thing I'm the type of person who really doesn't care, but I could see how this would be quite traumatizing if I were someone who gave a goddamn.  What an awful business model.  I wonder how they collect any money with attitudes like that?

Too bad you didn't record the conversation; there's a lawsuit waiting to happen. Believe it or not, there are lines that they cannot legally cross.

I get these calls several times each day and have been over the past month or so. I never answer them and they have never left a message. I too am on the do not call list. When will harassers like these be held accountable?!

I just received the 2nd call today. First one they left a message, and I returned the call stating they had the wrong number. They said that they would remove my phone number. They did not - just received the 2nd one, and was questioned about how I knew the person they were calling for - AFTER I said it was the wrong number. AFTER! So I just said 'I'm sorry, wrong number' and hung up. I like the certified letter idea - too bad I have to spend money making them stop when collecting money is what they think they're doing!

They call everyday for someone else and will not stop calling!!!!!!!!!!

Is there a way to stop them from calling? It is getting annoying.
