Some surveyor asked about my investments.

I've gotten 3 calls from this number in the past week. Didn't recognize the name Higginbotham, didn't pick up, Googled the phone number and this site popped up.

Received several calls from this number.  Deferred to my answering machine. It's a telemarketer attempting to disguise itself as a survey take.  Don't fall for it. It's not a survey - it's a scam!

I also have been getting these calls, letting the answering maching answer- "Higginbotham' never leaves a message. I appreciate the comments above- I was tempted to answer it after the 4th call, but now I know it's a scam artist

I get a call every night between 7:30 & 8:30 from this number.  Never answer and the caller never leaves a message.

ditto the above. I just received my third call from them, but defer to ans machine, no message ever left.  I'm on the DNC list; any way we can report these guys?

I've received a lot of call from this number over the last few weeks. They never leave messages on my machine...but I did answer once & was asked if I'd like to participate in a survey regarding radio & television. I told them that I wasn't interested & asked to be removed from their list (which they said they'd gladly do...yet the calls keep coming).

I trace each call using the TouchStar service on my phone (*57) but when I attempt to block the number it tells me that I can't do that.

Honestly, I'm about ready to get very rude with these people. >:(

These people call and never say anything when the answer machine picks up. I have had it with these people. I am reporting them to the don not call list which I am already on.

Having received more than 20 'survey' callers from various numbers in the past 3 weeks - and yes, we are also on the DO NOT CALL Registery...I knew better than to answer. Thanks for the heads up and confirmation that my suspicion was correct.

Wanted me to take a survey

Came home from work, found this on my caller i.d. as a missed call that came in at 10:58 this morning. They left no message and the i.d. just said "Higginbottam."  Had I been home I would not have answered anyway. This is the first time I have received a call from this number.

We get calls from this number every single night.  My boyfriend did talk to them one time and did part of their survey, but they kept him on longer than he wanted to be on, so he hung up on them.  They called right back and we didn't answer, they have called every night since then, for about the last 2 weeks.  My boyfriend answered last night and told them to take us off the do not call list, they said they had talked to a girl (which they hadn't) and hurried and hung up on him.  They called back tonight, he told them to take us off their list they asked if he was a resident, he said yes take me off the list and hung up...we will see if they call again tomorrow....

Referring to the previous comment that I left...Tonight I called the number back, and young man answered, I asked who had called my house from their, they said that no one had, I said well, someone did, and he hung up

They called my house again, this time an older woman called.  My boyfriend told them that they needed to take us off of their list and that this was the 3rd time that we had asked...the lady said okay.  Haven't heard from them again, this was 2 days ago...

Maybe if they receive enough complaints that they are using a survey as a facade, they might do something about it.
