6 calls in two days! My number is registered with the DCL. No message is left.  Great site!

I called this number back--Got an automated msg to hang up or enter your phone# to remove from list....

I receive calls from this number, they do not leave a message.  I would like to know who they are so I can be removed from their calling list.

I don't know how I got onto their list, but this is my cell phone and I am tired of getting calls from them.  I am on the Do Not Call List.  This is supposedly some mortgage company asking me to refi...  I dialed the number and followed the instructions to get removed from their call list - three days later I got another call....

i dont know who they are. there is no message. i dont like hang up calls or sale's calls. if i want to buy something i get it my self. i never buy from unwanted phone call's

I get calls from this number frequently. I never answer, and they never leave a message. I'm so sick of it!

1. Call from "Mortgage company".
2. Call from "RDS", transferred to "Tanya" who would not put me through to a "loan officer" without additional details.

I am going crazy - they have phoned hundreds of times in the last several weeks and I cant seem to stop them and I'm listed with don not call ahhhhhhhhh

Here are two direct numbers you guys can call if you feel like reverse calling these guys.  HEY GUYS!!! HAVE YOU BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR A YEAR OR MORE!!!! LET'S TALK ABOUT A LOAN!  and then they hang up. Oh well.

We have received over 15 calls (sometimes 3 per day) at a very busy business so I let them talk to us and George answered the phone and I asked him his company name, location, type of company, etc.  Then he said why are you asking me all these questions.  I told him we have received many calls and I want it to stop.  He told me "I was taking this too far" and told me to call a long distant number to be taken off the call list.  I hung up, looked up websites, etc, like this one.  Called him back and asked for the owner (George again), and then he said "He will take me off the list".  HE was IRRITATED and I told him to look at the websites about complaints about him.  So WE are suppose to call a LONG DISTANT NUMBER (not toll free), and HE is irritated because YOU CALL HIM and ask him his company name.  WOW.   We are reporting this to the FTC and State Officials.   Call and ask for George.  DO NOT CALL the non 800 #, make him take you off the call list.   Then report them!

Trying to sell loans without details.  When pressed, "Jake" gave me 877-209-8791.  I called back multiple times and was hung up on multiple times.  Finally, got through to Joe.  He confirmed that I was on DNC list, but would not tell me when they are located.  I called back and asked for "Jake."  Was forwarded this time.  After lots of back and forth, Jake said that they are in Montana.  Obviously, the 602 number is Arizona.  They also said that their name is Infinity Loan Services.  I tried to Google, but came up with nothing.  Does anyone know how to get them to stop or to whom we can report them?  If not, just call 'em on your down time - the number above is toll free and they do answer it.  Ask for Jake or for Joe.

Same stuff, this looks like them.  Calling these numbers gives you the same guys.  I filed a complaint with the LA BBB.

recording screams in your ear. phone call is not easily terminated when i tried to disconnect it. also tried talking to the guy to get him to stop calling and he just slams the phone down in my ear. WHY ISN'T THERE A LAW. IT TIES UP MY BUSINESS PHONE AND MY TIME?

The simple way to do this is to get your phone company on the line and ask them HOW TO BLOCK THESE CALLS. Even cell phone companies offer this service. It's a simple process and will end the problem!

Aviator's post is correct from 2 Oct 2007. They are also in Suite 186, in addition to Suite 372. There are four buildings in this location and they are in Building 4. I was there and spoke with them myself and demanded to be taken off from their list. Not all of you can go there but I am also a busy business and do not appreciate such calls. I am in the Los Angeles area so I was able to go. If they call you again just say something like, "Pursuant to California Law, I am asking you to remove me from your list. This call is being recorded." This says that you are informed about the law and in reality, you can sue somebody for continuing to call you. Personally, I do not seek lawsuits or problems, so I went there and asked to speak with Keith Katz myself. It worked, but it may take time to get removed from their lists, just like the with the national do not call list. Upto 30 days. If calls continue, there is no excuse on their part.
