    It is Portfolio Recovery Associates total business is they buy debt that has been written off and then use scare tactic to try to recover.

    Tired of calls from this #; do not leave message just as well. Won't call back as it is probably those idiots at Portfolio Recovery....what a racket.  They use lots of #s from different area codes; I just don't answer any of them....and when I do, I am ugly ugly ugly!
