I have received numerous phone calls from this company.  They call and ask for a "Gerald" even though there has never been a Gerald associated with me.  When I notified them Friday that I would call the police if they kept calling they assured me they would remove me from their list... Well three days later and they have called again.  When I asked who was calling and why, he didn't want to tell me who he was with, then eventually said "First Federal Financial." I've never heard of them... I let the caller know that I'm now going to be contacting hte police and filing a report as I've been harrassed by them too many times.

I have received 4 calls a day for the past 3 weeks from this number.  I work nights and sleep during the day.  getting called so many times is not conducive to me getting sleep for work.  I called the number back and got voice mail that tells me that the mailbox is full.  Did the police report work?

I have received calls to my home phone for what seems like years now from various collection agencies always looking for a "Jerald Martin". I have pleaded with many of these companies to stop harrassing me as I have no association with this person. The calls come and go in varying degrees of frequency but never stop completely. I have now recently began receiving calls to my cell phone from 602-688-4544. They have called at least six times this week and never leave a message. I finally called back and discovered the company is Franklin Financial. The number states that the users mailbox is full and does not allow a message to be left. There needs to be laws passed agianst this type of harrassment of innocent people. Is anyone listening?

Franklin Financial wanting to know if I am looking for employment.

It is from Franklin Financial wanting me to work for them as a merchant services rep. Their products and payplan are average. When I asked who their processor is, the caller said Franklin Financial is the processor, one of the largest in the world. When I told him I worked for the largest one and Franklin wasn't a processor, he said I was disrespecting him and he called me a clown. That's when the fight started. LOL.
