Called to my cell phone didn't leave a message. They use different numbers all the time. This debt has already been disputed and won yet they still keep calling. This company is pure garbage.

I never answer these types of calls (unidentified).  This caller does not leave any messages and has called my land line every 30 minutes for the past 3 days.  The calls start at around 8:50 am and do not stop until 8 pm.  I will be blocking their current number from Phoenix, Az.

The carrier needs to be fined and ordered to disconnect the line. This crap will shop.

No idea who this is calling but its been twice already today.

Called my cell phone to collect on a debt that wasn't mine but for a completely different person

602-707-5503 = caller id = Phoenix AZ = Bogus debt collector = Obama signed presidential edict making all student loans not susceptible to statute of limitations and immediately collectible and as most of these loans were to white people, they now need to be paid (not my words = callers words) = trouble is, we had no student loans, don't know the party you are calling for in the first place and now I realize that is a spoof to get me to give them my ssn so that they can search my credit...oooooh...I don't give anyone my ssn...thank you very much....so this is a fishing expedition as one fellow earned 800K in 'finder's fees' last year on student loan debt...and I thought Obama wanted to forgive those loans? well, that's his public image he wants us to believe I guess...me, this is the third number I've been contacted on...so I am buying call blocker...ugh....and so should you...

Received a call a minute ago.  Did not answer.  One call from the same area code each of the past three days.  Same area code but different number.  Blocking the number may not help.  Calls usually around 9:00am.  No message left.  Never answer numbers that you do not recognize!

Midland is a bottom feeder collector outfit.  Don't believe the horse crap they try to tell you.  In fact Obama has tried to make student loans easier to handle.  The law you referred was not an Obama "edict"  That law was passed in 2005 under Bush

Since this debt collector has been identified numerous times in this thread, you should know that a certified, return receipt not me letter should work, along with reporting them to the CFPB and your State Attorney General.  If it doesn't, then you get to sue them and make them pay you for the harassment.

Called, asked for me by name. When I said yes they said to please hold while we transfer your phone call. I hung up immediately after that.

Calls start at 8 in the morning and are all day. Never leave message and no one there if you do answer.  We owe no debts. Are on all the do not call lists. Tired of these calls

Called again today at 11am. Same as yesterday.  Four days this week now. So annoying! Did not answer. They did not leave a message.  Scum!

rec call from this number it is midland....collections.  they wouldn't even tell me what regarding they are required to tell you they are recording the call and inform you they are a debt collection agency...they didn't even do that.  im calling my Lawyer! they also call from other numbers throughout the USA

602-707-5503; ID Arizona; Called and didn't leave message. I called them back and some foreigner that could barely speak English stated he was a representative form Midland Credit Management. I hung up because I have not business with this company. I'm sure it is a debt collector and it has been over 7 years since I've defaulted on any credit cards.
