Number called my home at 338p MTN Left no message, private caller listed.

I received several calls from this number in the past couple days...the caller ID has "ADK"; tried calling, the number..outgoing message states that the extension is on the phone and the service cannot accept any messages..did some searching...ADK seems to be a telemarketing scam outfit has resurfaced...here is a sample post from 2009 regarding another phone number in the Phoenix Area:

I never got a number for them but it sounds like the same outfit. I have had numerous hang-up call with no messages on mty answering machine over the last week (6 in one a day). They said they were ADK of Phoenix. A Google search indicated that ADK is a vacumn cleaner sales company with 2 employees. This is probably not them unless they are really bored.

I received 2 calls from this company this morning & another a couple of days ago. They are piching the idea that my name has been entered into a free drawing and they want to offer something in addition. During information. During the 2nd call I got the company name &asked for a phone number for the company & was told theye only had an "outgoing" lines & and would not give me a number. I told her that I had been called earlier and the 1st call, they offered free funiture or rug cleaning. I told them I did not want to be called. They hung up before I could get additional had asked to not be call again. She said that she would put me on the do not call list.

The 3rd call came about an hour after the 2nd. I asked if how they were affected by the "Do Not Call" list, the sales rep said that she did not know. I ask for a phone number for the company. She said to hold and she would get it. She then hung up without providing the number.

They told me the same thing that my name was entered into a free drawing... I was short and told her no thank you,,,, she kept trying to talk Then I asked her to remove me from their list and she hung up on me.  I try to call the number back and get the same thing... mailbox is full blah blah blah...

I love this web site next time ADK calls I now can ask, "Is this Jan?"  I suggest we all turn the tables and harass "Jan" for not abiding by the national do not call list.

I got a call from this number several times however I do not answer the numbers I do not know. My mom was visiting and answered the call today at 1323 hours and the lady could not understand my mother because my mother spoke spanish to her. When I got on they hung up. I think it is time to report this number.  OH, by the way I am on the national Do Not Call list.

I received the same call and the woman would not release her name or who she was. She had a foreign voice, similiar to India dialect.  She eventually hung up after my consistant, "Who is this?"The caller id showed ADK. Tried to call back and the first response was "All lines are busy." The second attempt was received by, "mailbox is full."

Don't know what this woman wanted. She asked for my wife and my wife was not available. Said she waould call back later. I also am on the do not call list.

Have a couple of missed calls from this number this week, caller ID says "COMVOICE".  I don't answer the calls and they never leave a message.

Caller ID says "ADK." No message was left, so I called back and a recorded message said "extension 150 is on the phone, please hang up... (etc.)" It also said the user's voice mailbox is full and can't accept any new messages. We're also on the Do Not Call list, so this does seem fishy to me.

These people are evil!!  They keep trying to get info from me, like my address and social security number.  I'm sure they are trying to do ID theft.

I received three calls from this number.  They did not leave a message.  When I returned the call, I got the same message as Lisa.

I received a call from this "ADK" this morning.  By the way it's Sunday morning.  I couldn't understand the girl and ask her to repeat what she wanted twice.  After the second time of asking her to repeat it she then hung up on me.  I have now blocked the number in case they call again.

The woman called asking for Mr or Mrs "My Name", we'd been entered into a drawing, where if we won they'd ask us to spend money on groceries.  They further offered to come into our home and dry clean three of our most heavily used rooms.  I told them we where not interested.  She asked why? It was free.  I siad your inviting yourself into my home and we are not interested.  But yes, like the previous listing, I think they where phishing for personal information.

okay people the company is called ADK Marketing, they are located at 2953 Indian School Rd. Phoenix, Az 85017.  The main number is 1 602-526-9586 also 1 602-265-1268.  The owner's name is Cameron C. McDaniel.  Sounds like a young guy.  So u can call and give him a hard time.   I did and he got pretty flustered.  But he claimed he would agree to remove my nimber from his lists.The better biz Bureau doesn't like him or his biz.  There are only himself and one other employee doing this annoying calling and ripping people off.  What they actually do is clean carpets and sell vacuum cleaners.  Be aware that if u call one of these numbers he has caller ID and he does record the numbers so he call back and harass people who do not ask to be removed.  He will try to side track you by asking if u made an appointment when you were called so be sure to tell him you are calling about having your number removed, nothing else, give him the "broken record" treatment.  I hope this helps somebody!

call a few minutes ago..same story...free cleaning,etc....drawing not until July 25!...how many addresses will they get in the meantime?   Hope people are wising up and either not answer or report them ..thanks to GOOGLE.

I received a call from ADK 602-773-5594 and talked to Candy. She enticed me with a grocery deal, and drawing and then proceeded to offer a free carpet cleaning. I made arrangements and then realized my husband and I would not be at home at the same time. So I tried calling the number back and got the voice mail full. So I went online and looked up the area code and did an internet search and thanks to this site found the company. They are a Kirby vacuum dealer. I just purchased a Kirby vacuum about two-three years ago when salesmen came to my door and offered a free carpet cleaning. Needless to say I am gullible. I called the number 1-602-265-1268 and finally got Candy directly. She was very understanding about cancelling. I don't know why the company doesn't come right out and say they are a Kirby vacuum dealer and forego all the run-around.

Caller ID says ADK.  Hang up when answering machine goes on.  I don't answer these calls.

Caller ID reads "ADK".  The woman gave me the speil about my name having been entered into a drawing for groceries and I'd be notified if I won, and then said, "Okay?"  I told her I wasn't interested, and as I was hanging up the phone I could hear her still talking.  I don't appreciate them entering MY name into THEIR "drawing" without my permission.  My number is on the Do Not Call list, but I have realized that since there is no enforcement or penalty, no one pays attention to it.  I do have call blocking, but am only allowed to have 25 numbers at one time on my blocked list.  With so many phishers and telemarketers and scammers, I get more calls than I can block.  What's a person to do?

Third time I received a call from these jokers.  I answered the second time and was told I was involved in a drawing for free food.  The whole time I am thinking, "When did I enter a drawing for free food?"  This is how they suck you in.  Then because of that free drawing, I qualify for free furniture/carpet cleaning.  I hung up during this schpill.  When I looked online to see what kind of garbage this was about and found that this number was associated with Kirby Vaccum cleaners.....crap just about hit the fan.  These pervs came to my  house a few years ago telling me I had won a prize and then wanted to do a free carpet cleaning, I sent them away because I was home alone.  Didn't know it was Kirby at the time.  Later that night, this joker comes back and proceeds to peek in my daughter's bedroom window.  They were scared out of their mind.  They came running in to me and my husband telling us that someone was looking in their window.  My husband jumped up and saw the car ripping out of our driveway, by the time he got in the car to find them, he had lost them and we couldn't get a plate number.  It wasn't until two weeks later when we got a follow up call from Kirby asking us how our visit with their sales rep went.  Wow!  Did I give them a piece of my mind.  I told them if they were lucky that my husband didn't catch up  to the two idiots that came to our house because they would be in a jail cell and if any Kirby salesman ever showed up on my doorstep again I would be calling the cops and that I NEVER wanted them contacting me again.  I missed the call that came in today or some poor unsuspecting fool was going to get an earful from me.  I am so looking forward to this.  By the way...I filed a complaint with the FCC.  Don't know how much good that will do, but I have been unable to contact this company because, "The mailbox is full" or "so and so is on the line"...yada yada.  My next move is to contact Kirby.  They are going to get it.

I also got a call from Candy and recieved the same information.  Luckily, I pulled up this site while I was talking with her.  I own a steam cleaner and didn't need her grocery deal or or free carpet cleaning.  Thank you and everyone else for posting!
