roadrun - 15 Feb 2008REceived a call from Marketing Rep from Rhino Kirby West - was told it wasn't a sales call-strictly a "product marketing" call. They were entering us in a drawing and wanted to provide "free" carpet cleaning of 2 rooms -- to see what we thought of their product. She called from "602-841-2819" and I asked for number to call her back ... and she gave me the company number - above. This is an Arizona phone number - and we're in New Mexico ... so it appears they are expanding their product marketing to New Mexico.

Ken Lawson - 7 Jul 2008I just got called ON THE FOURTH OF JULY in GILBERT, AZ 85297 from this Rhino West company. They claimed they drew a woman's name from the drawing.. but she doesn't live in my house or at my phone number I've had for 2 1/2 years... I said sure, clean my 2 rooms but I am in a new job AND BROKE and won't buy anything at all period. My wife and I agreed we'd be around Saturday 07/05/08 anyway in the morning. They first tried to get an 8-hour appt. Yeah right. Then promised to be at our house at 10am. At 9:30am I got a call from the rep that he was running late and would be at my house at 11pm, 1 hour late. I said okay. 1 hour and 45 minutes later a manager called me apologizing..sayng the rep's car broke down and wanted to reschedule. Thanks to this and other forums on Rhino West I'm calling to cancel this "2nd" appt immediately tomorrow morning.

DONT GET HUSTLED BY RHINO KIRBY WEST - 17 Jun 2008ITS A CON JOB!!! THEY SEND A VACCUM REP WHO DOES SEVERAL THINGS TO YOUR PERSONAL VACUUM CLEANER. THE MAIN TEST THAT RUINED MY NEW BISSELL VACUUM WAS WHEN SALES PERSON DUMPED HALF A CONTAINER OF MORTEN'S SALT ON MY FLOOR THEN USED MY PERSONAL VACCUM TO VACUUM IT UP!!!
THEN THEY SHOW U HOW POWERFUL THEIR 2,000 VACCUM IS. THE ORIGINAL CALL WAS FOR THEM TO COME AND CLEAN A PEICE OF FURNITURE FOR FREE!!! LIARS! WENT TO TALK TO OWNER OF CALL CENTER. HE WAS RUDE AND TRIED TO PAWN OFF SOME OLD VACCUMS THAT THEY TOOK FROM PREVIOUS CUSTOMERS AFTER THE SALE OF ONE OF THEIR 2,000 VACCUMS.
