The user is wantlove2011. According to his profile, he's from NJ. I won't bother to respond because I can already tell he's a scammer. American men don't speak like this when approaching women.

i got the same message but it was on facebook said he was from nj he went by jeffrey cole at wantlove10@gmail.com and he just sent me the same number
