I've had two calls from this number in the past two days. They don't leave a message, and I won't answer calls from phone numbers I don't know because of the stupid "Go Green Campaign" that doesn't respect the do not call list and keeps calling from various phone numbers. Apparently this phone number and I are at a stand still until they'll leave a message or leave me alone.

I don't live in Arizona but I own a property there. I have been getting bombarded with calls from the "Go Green" zombies. I am assuming this number is them also, although I don't answer it whenever I see it. Most often they call from a 480 prefix but they have probably worn out their welcome using that one.

Received my first call from this number today.  Polite lady on the other end asked for me by my first name then proceeded to tell me about a program that I may have read about in the "bulletin" sent with my electric bill to reduce my energy costs.  She asked if I was still the homeowner.  Still?  That's an odd way to ask that question.  (No, I sold the house and stop by to answer the phone of people I don't know.)  She then asks me what is the most I have paid for electricity and the least I have paid for electricity in the past year.  I told her I don't know and would have to look it up.  At which time she offered to call me back after I had found the information.  I told her not to bother since I wasn't interested.  Do these companies think that people just sit around with all their energy cost amounts on hand to see if they qualify to have and expensive solar appliance or two installed that they weren't looking to buy in the first place?  These calls are getting very tiresome.  When I decide to add any kind of solar gizmo to my home I will research the item myself along with deciding on which contractor to pick for installation.  

this is actually a scam. they offer you 5000 in incentives and ask if a technician can come inspect your house. When they come they look for security systems and weak points so they can come back when you are not home. Do not be fooled!!

These jokers are relentless when it comes to calling.  Their "m-o" is to keep on calling regardless if you pick up the phone or not.  Like many, I do not answer calls/telephone numbers that I do not know.  For any of you that have a feature from your phone company called "block call", you can place the number on the list to alleviate these annoying and disrespectful people.  Century Link has this feature and can have as many as 25 numbers blocked at any time.
For people with other carriers - call them up and ask them if this feature is available.  It is worth the peace of mind..

I have repeatedly gotten calls from this number over the past few days on my cell phone. I have answered and they hang up without a word. Finally, they called and did not hang up when I answered. The woman asked me if the home owner was available and I informed her this was my cell phone and would they please put me on a do not call list. She asked if there was another number she could call, I said no, can you please just stop calling me? She went on to inform me about the incentives and blah blah blah that I could qualify for. I informed her I wasn't interested in a scam of solar panels and she informed me it is not just solar panels, blah blah blah. I once again stated I wished to be put on a do not call list and she just would not give up!

these people are lower than pond scum.  I have at least 15 numbers that they use blocked in my cell phone.  they are rude, relentless and don't care that my number is registered as do not call.  I have filed a complaint with the FCC.  I absolutely despise this company for their repeated intrusions and complete lack of ethics.

They call several times a day even at night "I tell them to loose my number" They Keep Calling!!!!

got a call from this number saying APS owed me $4000 from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.  Knew my address and stated that they knew how much I was owed and my name? WTF? How do they get this info? How do they know how much I am owed from the electric company? Why am I paying them if they owe me this money?

I put these calls on my "rejection" list to no avail.  I keep getting them.  What happened to "DO NOT CALL" list??

The DNC List has basically been spayed and neutered.  This is one Federal agency that's useless.

How many numbers does this "company" have?  I get about one a day from different numbers and I block each one.  Anyone know how many phone numbers can be blocked on an iPhone, because I have to be getting close to it.

3 calls from this number in the past week. Finally answered today. Marketer wanted to save me money on my electric bill. Asked if I was the homeowner. I asked to be removed from the call list and hung up.

Received a call on my cell phone from 602-888-4983 yesterday (4-21-14) & today. As I didn't recognize the number, I did not answer & they did not leave a message. I called the number back today only to get a recording to leave my name/number so they could get back to me (which I did not do).

These calls are on a "predictive dialer" which a is computer program which dials and dials and dials.  When an answer is detected, the call is automatically routed to the next available agent/accomplice.  That is why you hear nothing for up to a few seconds- while you are saying hello, a person on the other end is having a computer screen populated with your info so they "know" who to ask for or greet.  The caller does not know ahead of time who they are calling, they will just have someone possibly repeating their hello's to no response whereby they scramble to pitch you something you never wanted.  Modern technology.  Shady business has all the advantages they could ever hope for up to and including an FCC who could care less about you, Mr. or Ms. Public.  Do Not Call...pssshhhh.  What a joke.  If you think that will help you, let me tell you about this wonderful piece of real estate I have for sale....

I went through the "Go Green Campaign" , questioned them yesterday and they hung up.  Today this number has started calling my cell phone, twice today.  Leaves no message.  

This is not GO Green. That is a different company.

Damn  Took these flakes off my blocked number list since they seemed to have stopped calling me since they first called last month.  Wish I had bought the Panasonic cordless that blocks 200 numbers now.

I get a call from this number EVERY day. I don't pick up. In this techno world...nothing can be done, ...? except try and block them on a cell phone? I don't even have a 602 number. Miffed.

What ever happened to Do not call list?? Register every year but still get these calls... I don't answer the phone if I don't recognize the number, but still frustrating that they can call.
