The number is to the collection department of T-mobile. If you either have a past due balance, your phone got canceled or you owe them for any other reason. These are the people you speak to before they send you to collections.

I just canceled my account with them and forgot about my final bill. They have been bugging me ever since. If you pick up they will send you right to a representative. Good luck!

How funny.  This actually was a t mobile collector calling from a Verizon cell phone. That says it all.

This number is identified as a WIRELESS CALLER on the caller ID. But when call is answered, it's an automated recording asking for a specific person. Recording also states they are calling on behalf of T-Mobile. What I don't understand is why would T-Mo/collection agency mislead or use underhanded tactics to contact people by calling from a wireless phone or at least putting it on the caller ID?

My phone is active and have no past due and gets this call every day all day.

These people owe me a few thousand dollars and they keep calling me, charging me for a service I did not get. T-Mobile is the worst company ever. German owned.... Some old habits, like controling people are still active. They are bullies, not just kids get bullied obviously. Contacting BBB who contacted them..... they out right lied to BBB. But, T-Mobile said case closed. FTC is useless also. Contacted them and no result. Why that agency exists is beyond me. Why do we have laws that don't protect the people. Just so that people in government have somthing useless to do.

I am getting calls from this number...it is T-Mobile.  They did not live up to their end of the contract...more dropped calls, connection issues, and NO 4G connectivity (even had a drop zone in my house) ....more problems than I have had with any other company.  If there is a class action suit, I want in.  Thankfully have switched to Verizon...although more expensive, I have never had a dropped call and always have 4G.  We owe for service we never liked...and when we complained did not get ANY satisfaction!

I keep getting calls from this number.  I don't answer and they don't leave a message.  I have a recently canceled T-Mobile service, but they started calling before I canceled.
