It keeps calling and asking me to make a monthly payment on a vehicle i have never heard of

that number just called my phone as well. no voicemail though

Its something telling me that my car warranty has expired. Well, not me, my 11 year old son.

I've been getting harassing calls for months from these cretins. It comes up as a recorded message about a car I do not own; something about a warranty that has expired and it's my "second chance" and "final notice" in regards to it. It has to be a scam. They've been bothering me for a long time. There's no way to make it stop either. It's so annoying!

Receiving calls from this number, as well.   I don't answer it as it is on my cell phone.   They are extremely aggravating so I came here to see if anyone else was receiving them.  Probably a telemarketer, but they are annoying as all get out.

I've gotten these calls for the past few months.  The problem with not answering is if your voicemail picks up, it logs you number on their system as a valid number and they keep calling.  If you answer the call and tell them to remove you from their phone list, you've registered your number as a valid number on their system but you've asked to be removed from their list and they're required by law to remove your number.  

Register a complaint with the FCC.gov.  I did!  Also check with your state's Public Service Commission to see if they'll allow you to register you number on the state's Do-no-call list.

harassing calls something about a warranty that has expired

I am receiving these calls I don't answer because it costs me minutes on my prepaid cell.  But they never leave a voice mail either.  Wish they would stop calling and harassing me!!!

Just send them a text message instructing them not to call your number again, or you'll report them to the FCC...like I did.

Received a call. Did not answer, no message left. Called back and pressed 1 to be "removed" from there calling list.

Received a call from this number.  No message left on my voicemail.  These calls are getting quite annoying, but I am screening calls anyway.  Unless you have a business line, I would suggest not answering any calls from outside your area that you don't recognize.  The only trouble is... it still doesn't stop them from calling.

got one phone call yesterday & two today from this number. they are attempting to sell me identity theft insurance (right) ... when I hit callback on my phone I got the clerk of court of cook county --

Annoying hang-up calls from this number.  Did not take action thus far.

called once on 1-16-10. Did not answer.

They just tried to send me some "rewards package" that I supposedly earned by purchasing something from one of their "affiliates" (of course they couldn't tell me who) using "my" mastercard ending in 4125...
I told them that I didn't have that card, and the [***] kept trying to trick me into saying that the card was still valid... DON'T EVER SAY "YES THAT IS STILL VALID!" because that is how they trick you into becoming the fall-guy! Do yourself a favor and contact your local FBI office, which will refer you to the secret service office nearest to you and the agent in charge of fraud. If that doesn't work, contact me and i will refer you to a scam-baiting website who has made it their mission to erase these kinds of [***] from existence
