Unknown number called on my fax line

had calls from this # 3 timesin the past 3 days. I did not answer because the number is not familiar to me.

There are several variations on this number - 3340, 3341, 3342, 3343 etc. with a New Hampshire call display. It is a car warranty scam and a waste of time to answer the phone. From what I can find out it appears to be some character who got caught in Conneticut and paid fines for phone fraud and ignoring the Do Not Call list. It was not a criminal conviction so he moved to New Hampshire and set up office again. It may not be from New Hampshire if using false call display information.

It is this kind of behavior that should be prosecuted and the information about the prosecution be widely published. In addition, so they know what its like to receive these calls, their business and private home numbers also be published. We and our families have to be subjected to their illegal ways so why don't they and their families also have to be subjected to this harrassment. But we have privacy laws to protect them but those laws do not protect us. Silly - oops sorry about that - stupid governemnts and their bureaucrats.

Filed complaint with Canada's "Do Not Call List" today over it after seeing other posts here.

Received call from this number three times today.  Got the number using *69.  The number does not appear in Canada 411.  Whoever it is hung-up each time I answered.

this number was a missed call, 2x's, on my display and it just happens that my wife was in portsmouth NH at the time so i was concerned, it wasnt my wife calling obviously but i tryed to find the number and it is an unlisted number in Errol, NH...this is a town of 300 pop. so u would think it shouldnt be to hard to find this business if it was one so im sure it is just a phone scam or false display info...now finding how to report!!!

Have received numerous phone calls from this number.  After receiving this call a couple of times I picked up the phone.  It was a male voice calling about purchasing an additional warranty on my car.  When I asked for a name and phone number where I could call him back, he got very annoyed and hung up.

Got calls from this number a few times w/in a week's time.  Ignored it after looking it up.

Yep, keep getting these routed calls on my cell phone. Show up as NH, NC, WY and sometimes CA. There's gotta be a way to hang this person.

I've been getting calls from this number and others like it for over two years. I can basically recite the stupid recording that plays, "This is the second notice that the factory warranty on your vehicle is expiring..."

Funny because I never got a first notice, and oh yeah, I have never owned or driven a car.

these are scam calls from over seas using fake caller Id and #. It's next to impossible to stop them. They change #'s frequently to not get traced and still manage to scam people for their information.

Does anyone have any idea how they might get our numbers? I once signed up on a website to create ringtones (it worked), but I wonder if their records are not secure, or they give out the numbers... This is very irritating. Whoever it is, they tend to leave my voicemails about the same car warranty junk. I believe this person, or this company, may have scammed my sister recently...  I hope I can get law enforcement to look into this bs, although I am doubtful.

Tehy said that the auto warranty on my vehicle has expired. I could not reach a customer service agent. I own my vehicle. This is a hoax, I want them to stop calling!

I have recieved 3 calls from 603-214-3343 at 7:41 PM, 7:42 PM and 8:51 PM.  The automated voice says this is the second notice on my car warranty and this is not the first time I have gotten calls from this type of "company."  It is extremely annoying and is obviously a scam since I've never even received a first notice for a car warranty.

I am getting the same calls on my cell. Just received one tonight from the 603-214-3343. It's coming from a different number each time. These [***] are using a calling technology scheme that changes the number each time they call. I cannot stand it, because I cannot tell who they are and when not to pick up. I just went to the ftc website and filed a complaint online about this. I'm sure I'm not the only one. It's about time the authorities went after these [***] and stopped the "monitoring" crap.

I got a call from 603 214 3343 at 8:34 pm utah time about car warranties. I figured it was a scam since I don't have a car. After doing some web research, I found out it is a scam the ass-hole is based in Milan New Hampshire. Some one there should prosecute. I just 411ed the number but had no luck getting a name. Damn

Update I just called the phone company he's using in NH. I suggest we all call them. Maybe the'll shut him down, And if they don't we can probably give Freedom Ring communications a bad rep.

probably a scam as noted in these messages.

You can NOT trace these calls. They are scams using fake in state numbers and IDs. There is next to nothing our government can do about it. The calls are from over seas.
