ID reflects either Auto, Inc.; Low Rates, etc...they change their Caller ID name eacht time. The automated call says that 'your Car Warranty is about to expire' call. Have gone through the 'remove phone number,fax number' from their list. We never get removed. You also never get a live person when prompted to punch #1. It's been m-o-n-t-h-s of rerequesting the same 'do not call'. we never get removed.

I don't answer my cell when this number comes up, but I'm getting really tired of it.  Based on the other posts on this site, it's a solicit to extend the warranty on my truck.  These folks are persistent in their mailings also.

Recorded message "Your car warranty is about to expire. Press 1 to talk to a live agent." Pressed 1, agent asked me if it was true that I owned a car with warranty about to expire. I asked which car. She hung up. Called Freedom Ring. They refused to ID the owner but said call them at (503) 226 - 4444 & they would ID themselves & take a request to be on the do not call list from them. Of course, mailbox full & nondescript Co name cited (TFZLLC). Filed complaint with the FTC @ (888) 382 - 1222 - They are being investigated.

Pressed 1, agent wouldn’t shut the hell up to let me get a word in edgewise.”  I screamed at her and told her I’m on the Do Not Call Registry and I’ve asked dozens of times to be removed.  She hung up on me.  I googled the phone number and found this post, googled some more info and did some research.  SO – here is MY response to this phone number EVERY time until I am removed.
Per the previous posts, I called the owner of the 603-214-3554 number at home: 603-742-7978; voice mail picked up.  I advised that for every call I get from 603-214-3554, that he would receive 5 phone calls from me.  Three at home and two at work.  I left two more messages on his voice mail at home. Next I called him at work.
I called Freedom Ring Communications and requested to talk to Benjamin Thayer; I was passed to voice mail where I identified it as the 4th call from me.  The other 3 were on his home phone and another would soon be forthcoming until my home AND cell phone were removed from his calling lists.
I called Freedom Ring Communications and requested the name and contact for their corporate lawyer. I was told that 603-214-3554 isn’t owned by this company, they provide services to other companies.  I said the Internet says this number is owned by the company – I’m filing a lawsuit to recoup long distance phone calls to remove me from your telemarketing lists and for used cell phone minutes answering your BS phone calls.  He said if I called the actual company’s compliance manager, David Nelson at 503-226-4444 that he was required by law to remove me from the telemarketing lists.  
I called David and the number drops to voice mail.  Imagine that.  I advised of the lawsuit, and demanded to be removed from the telemarketing lists for both my home and cell phones; BOTH of which are on the Do Not Call Registry.Next I researched to (503-226-4444) and found that it is owned by AFT Technologies. Ltd, owned/operated in Portland, Oregon by Fred Accuardi.  
Next, I researched Fred Accuardi in Portland and Welches, Oregon and found he & wife Gail’s home phone numbers: 503-228-6766 has been disconnected, but 503-622-5656 drops to voice mail.  I left a nice message that for every phone call I get, he will get one until I am removed from their telemarketing scheme.  

Next, I filed a complaint with the FTC @ (888-382-1222).

What more can you do, right?

Ben Thayer just called me at home and advised they are doing everything they can against the telemarketers using the phone numbers.  His hands are tied, as he is a phone number issuer and he can't just revoke a number from them without getting sued.

They are being investigated and if they are found to have broken any laws (i.e. calling Do Not Call numbers) then once convicted, their numbers will be revoked.

Nice guy - but he can't do anything about it.

Repeated, repeated, repeated, repeated calls claiming this my "2nd and final call" regarding my car warranty. Have patiently listened and responded to the DO NOT CALL prompt, only to be called again later that same day. And again the next. And again...for the past 5 weeks.

I am getting dozens of calls from this number. I am getting up to two calls a day. I have filed several complaints with the FTC and even a local police report. I called Mr. Ben Thayer and had a very friendly conversation with him. He promised that he is doing everything that he can to find the owner of the number and legally shut them down. He explained that his company is a phone service provider and that they lease out the number and have very strict regulations about shutting down a line. He was very frank and willing to spend a decent amount of time on the phone with me chatting about the current state of regulations, and how this phone number has effected him and several other things. I very much doubt that he has anything to do with the harassment that we have endured from 603-214-3554.
Please do not call Ben, this has little to do with him. If someone finds the real owner of this number... Lets hang em! Metaphorically speaking of course.
