Calling about a scam to put a sign on my front lawn

me too. I want to report this number, for spamming my cell phone.

Call from this number; prerecorded questionnaire. I gave idiotic answers, and the voice said that they were busy, but someone would call back in a few minutes. They actually did--a fellow named "Cade"., saying his firm was called "Education Advisors". I should have played him a little more to determine what was the scam, but he claimed he was NOT running a scam, was not offering anything for sale (Yeah, right!), and are interested in getting me in touch with institutions of higher learning...an altruistic crowd, no doubt!?!? Instead, I explained TN Do Not Call registry, about which he seemed uninterested.

Same as below.  Called from purportedly Education Advisors wanting to help me get a higher education.  When I asked where he got my cell phone number he said from an "affiliate" and when I told him no way, he hung up.  When I called the number back, there was an "opt out" message asking if I wanted to be placed on a "do not call" list.  I have already registered this cell phone on the govt do not call list, so I am sure these folks are marginally legal at best.  I am going to report them officially as well.

Didn't answer phone. No message left.

I get at least one call every day from this number.  I let the answering machine pick up.  Always a quick hang up from them.

I am in Jr. High School and these people call me about a loan all the time.... STOP CALLING ME

I am just starting to get these calls. Two one day and so far today 1. No one answers when I say Hello, so I just hang up. I am glad I could google the info and find out others are getting the same thing,

They just started, second one this week.. even got a text message from them... blocked that immediately!

These people also called me regarding a Mortgage audit for possible mortgage overcharges. Definately sounds like a scam.I am on the do not call list.  I'm going to call the police and Better Business Bureau !!

If you're on the National Do Not Call Registry, you can contact the Federal Trade Commission to have the number reported. Here is the link: https://www.donotcall.gov/ I just got through reporting them myself since I am on the registry too.

Also, FYI...the registry is no longer valid for only 5 years...it's indefinite! :D

I got two of these calls from this number.  I answered the second call.  It was something about a refund because of an over payment on my  morgage  from my bank. He wanted more information .  I said that I never heard of such a thing and that I already paid off my morgage.  He mumbled something and then hung up.  Sounds like a scam.  Going to call my Bank tomorrow and find out whats up; caller IDs name was AED.

I too received a call from this number, a self proclaimed Tom (would not give me his last name) wanted to bring my attention to all the money I could get back on my tax return because of the type of mortage I have.  I asked "Tom" who he was attempting to reach and he responded; "the mortage holder on the house"  then when I told him that he called me on my cell phone and that i rent the house i live in he quickly dismissed himself and told me to have a nice day.   SCAM  dirty no good SCAM

2-3 calls a day on Caller ID - never anybody on the line.

Just got a call from this number. Caller did not leave message. But called again 5 minutes later and again no message.
