automated call talking about car warranty

Automated voice then press 0 or something and person comes on asking for type of vehicle.  When asked who this was or what this is, operator harrassed me.  Telling me to look out the window to see what car it is, and the car that I go buy bread and milk with.  He would not give me a manager.  Wouldn't tell me a company.  And stated that I was kicking myself in the rear and that I am going to have a high end maintenance problem and won't have warranty coverage.

Received voicemail about extending auto warranty.  Is this connected to Auto Solutions (909 842-8141?

Unwanted call regarding car warranty.

I've received several automated calls from this number telling me that I need to extend my warranty because mine is about to expire (which isn't even close to being true). I've also received a couple of notices in the mail trying to sell me an extended warranty on my Dodge. I've never owned a Dodge. I don't know whether the mail and phone solicitations are related, but they're annoying.

Caller ID identifies as "USA Choice" but a quick Google shows USA Choice an ISP based in PA.

This is a scam!!!! Please don't give them your info! They are trying to sell you a warranty!

I have reoprted them very seriously. I have even speak to Auto Insurance Solution manager at florida location and threat them of a law suite.

Perhaps..they did resell my contact!?!?!?!?

If you get to talk to them..be nice as if you really want to buy their insurance...give fake names and numbers, fake car info.

1st level person are paid Loosers/ old/ highschool drop out
2nd level are actual employee. Commission based. Get compnay info and website for some detail and hang up.

Report them to BBB.ORG and put that company detail here for ALL OF US.

they said to get name off of list to hit nine and it hung up, i was even going to ask for a level 2. this is the second call i have gotten from them in 2 weeks.

I have recieved over 30 calls in the last 4 weeks. Most of the time I don't answer numbers I don't recognize, but the automated voice always leaves a message. I started to answer them and I've pressed 9 twice telling them to remove me from the list and told one of their reps to take me off the list once. But I still get the calls. I'm getting super pissed off

They are also using other phone numbers such as:

"Knock out their legs!"

Call their service provider/telephone company and get put on a "Block List" for that number so the Warrantee solicitors can't call you.

This also puts the provider "on the hook" for lawsuits involving Do Not Call list numbers.

I'm sure that the telephone provider will start charging the Warrantee solicitor for the complaints tying up their customer service dept.

My husband was receiving calls from this number on his cell phone. I told him to talk to someone and play dumb. He told the person he has a 91 Buick, so the person said to give his name and address and information would be sent to him. My husband asked what type of warranty is expiring and when is it expiring. The woman said she didn't know. My husband told her she should have this information at her fingertips if she was going to call him. She said sorry and thank you and hung up.  Wow, no nastiness on their part with this call.
I would advise not pressing 9.  It just tells them the number is active.

I'm getting calls from these car warranty companies several times a week and I'm fed up with them. I'm on the no-call list, but that doesn't seem to matter to these jerks. Caller ID says USA Choice, and when I asked for a phone number and website to get back to them later (as if I wanted their service) they gave me a fake website: www.enaws.com and when I asked to speak to a supervisor they hung up on me. Caller ID phone number was 603-214-3656. The caller's name was Tyler.

I have received SEVERAL calls from this company. I have asked once to be removed, called it back and indicated that I wanted to be removed from their calling list, and was hung up on when I asked what the name of the company was. How Do I make this stop and/or take legal action. This is harassment.

This is getting really annoying, an automated voice called selling extended warranty and asked to press 1 to connect to an operator. I was ready to blast  that person, but unfortunately nobody came on line. It has even started calling my cell phone.. I am going to file a complaint.

They appear to own the 3600 DID range.
If you call 603-214-36xx you get the same "to be added to our do not call list" announcement.
I'll continue investigating and see if I can get their root number.
