Caller ID was "Urgent Message".  Caller was female with accent.  She asked to speak with my wife using her correct name. When I asked if I could say who was calling, she asked if I was her husband using my correct name.  Claimed to represent several diabetic supply companies, but would not identify them.  She went on to verify our address which was correct, but I told her it was incorrect.  When I told her we had no business with her company and that we were on the do not call lists and to remove us from their list, she hung up.  About 30 minutes later, received another call from her.  She started by asking again for my wife.  I told her my wife wasn't home, then she asked if there was someone in the household who was diabetic.  I said no and she said thank you and hung up.  The diabetic supply business must be lucrative as we receive many calls wanting to sell these supplies.  Some are questionable, like this one, and others are legit from nationally-known pharmacy companies.  Oops, just received another call from this same person. 3rd call in less than 2 hours.  Again asked for my wife by name.  Just said she wasn't here and she said thanks and hung up.  Really, really a nuisance!

Received first call on Wednesday (6/29) and then about three more in fairly rapid succession.  I reported the calls to the Federal Trade Commission and received a problem report number.  Then, as if they had heard about being reported, I received eight calls between 6:30 AM and 8:00 AM. These calls were purely harassing in nature as the caller hung up as soon as I answered.  You too can report these calls to the FTC by logging on to www.FTC.Gov and filling out the form.

I am staying with my aging mother and her husband, both out of the hospital within the past week.  Getting "urgent Call" 3-5 times per day.  No one on the line, they just hang up.  Last time I yelled at them that the house number is on the do not call list and I am reporting them.  I can't call them back on the house phone as it will not dial long distance, I did call back on my cell and the message stated that if I do not wish to receive more calls to press "1", well that doesn't help much with the house phone.  This is a real problem as both the elders in the house have trouble getting to the phone, I don't want them to rush and fall again just to answer this stupid phone call.  Real Harassment.

Have been getting calls from this number for weeks. Sometimes one after the other. Answered today 7/4/11 after 4 calls that I hung up on. Got to talk to someone. He said that medicare has husband listed as a diabetic, I said No I'm not in a LOW voice [ thought I was husband]  Questioned me about this & I repeated I was not. Then Jason [ haha} said he was sorry for calling. We will see if the calls stop.

This is against the law.  This phone call had better not come again.   This is not a warning as I'm telling you it will stop.  I have a phone number to call only if this doesn't stop.

these people call sometimes three or four times a day.  they never answer just let it go to voice mail

get 2 - 3 calls a day  they know our names and say the are with the diabetic ass. I calleh the Diabetic Ass;. and they said they do not make these kinds of calls and we should report them.

This is out of control!
Same as the rest of these other reports, very persistent, Started rattling off names and information that they had no business knowing. I informed them of our "Do Not Call Status" Didn't make a darn bit of difference to them, They Just Keep Calling!

Someone of Authority in the Federal Trade Commission needs to take action against these people.
They are much more than harassing calls, they are driving everyone here crazy! Blood pressures are through the roof, tempers are short, they are creating an unhealthy living condition and I have sick people here! They have monopolized our phone line to the point that you dread hearing it ring.
Someone Please Make It Stop!!! I wouldn't be surprised if someone were to track them down and cut every phone line into the building. This is no longer just irritating, it should be considered criminal.

Received a call from 603-214-9019 identified on my phone ID as "Urgent Message". As we are the phone contact for my mother-in-law's Lifeline Support system and she is in poor health, I answered. A woman with a very heavy Asian accent wanted to speak with my husband who was working. Then claimed we were listed as having diabetes and on Medicare (both WRONG). My mother-in-law who does NOT reside with us is on Medicare and has diabetes. The caller did not identify herself, did not identify the company she represents and hung up when I told her no one here is on Medicare or has diabetes. We are on the "do-not-call" list and should NOT have gotten this call (it is not the first one...others like this occurred when we were not at home). Someone in the same shape medically as my mother-in-law could easily be scammed by these callers. Using the ID "Urgent Message" is IRRESPONSIBLE!!!! Had it been a real "urgent message" call, it would have meant another of many frequent 911 calls for my mother-in-law...which is what I thought was happening when the "URGENT MESSAGE" call came across our caller ID. I don't think this is appropriate at all!

Started getting these calls July 28,2011 and it is every hour they seem to call and leave no message
has started again today and its 3 times so far. I am on the DNC list and have been for years. These folks need to be prosecuted.

These creeps keep trying to get my mother's SSN saying "oh, we can't send you your new meter if we don't have your social security number"...RED FLAGS!!!!  If you call their number right back it says you can press "1" to get removed from their list in 72 hours. We'll see if the calls stop. There's no option to talk to a human being"  WATCH OUT >>> SOUNDS LIKE SCAM CITY TO ME!

This telephone number has been calling for the past several months and finally today I answered the phone and a male voice asked for my wife by name.  I interrupted him and quickly advised him that if they call again I was reporting them to the District Attorney's Office and we do not want to talk to them.

They keep calling (last time 6;30 am) caller ID says "URGENT MESSAGE" but they never
leave a message. WANT THIS TO STOP NOW!!!!!

I have received calls from this number multiple times in a day, always starting with a 6:30a.m. call.  I have told them to quit calling, but they hang up on me whenever I ask them to stop.  They keep asking for my daughter, who has diabetes, and I will not let them talk to her.  I have had it with them.

I'm not sure who these people are, but they appear to have a many, many different numbers that they call from, like this URGENT MESSAGE one.  They all seem to represent some kind of diabetic supply/ or senior help company.  And they all must be linked in some kind of scam because, as noted before, when you tell them that you are on the Do Not Call list, or ask them not to call and remove your number they just hang up and continue to call you, which is not what a reputable business or organization would do - because if they did they would get fined, but these people don't seem to care, so this must be a scam.

The damnable thing about this is that I have a grandson in the military overseas, and when he gets a chance to call me his calls register as "unavailable" like these scam calls, so I never know if it's my grandson calling or these [***].

Get more than once daily urgent phone calls. Would like them to stop!!!

Received at leat 9 calls in 4 hours. Asked for deceased member of the family. When I asked who was calling and the nature of the call, they hung up.
