Just got one.  Caller ID showed Dover, NH.  This number is now blocked!

Just  got call. I did not answer but I did block the call. They left no message. I won't waste my time reporting it to the useless government DNC workers. DNC is as big a scam as the people calling. I tried to get the name of the head of the DNC and the budget and was told I needed to ask by FOIA papers. Why the devil would those be 'secret' records? As long as Obama and the Democrats are in office it appears we will get no information with out a fight!

Recorded message.  'Hi, this is Bill from the American Petroleum Institute...'  At that point I hung up.

Caller ID says Dover NH but it was from American Petroleum Institute calling about Keystone XL pipeline wanting to spill some crude oil in your drinking water.

Called twice today so far. No vm left. Very annoying. SE Michigan too.

Most residential phone line companies have a option to block numbers. have u tried that? i have att uverse and it lets me go to my online account where i can enter a number to be blocked. i can block up to 20 numbers.

DNC registry was created during the bush admin. quit being a ring wing troll who blames every inconvenience in ur life on obama. it happens so often they have actually coined a phrase for it. it is called obama derangement syndrome. ever heard of it? i am pretty sure if they contact info for the head of dnc registry is blocked, it was blocked during bush admin. too. But of course, to u right wingers u just ignore inconvenient facts if they do not support ur hatred of obama

The American Petroleum Institute must be harassing Michigan this weekend.  I'm in northeast Michigan and have two calls today from the Dover, NH number - at 11am and just before 2pm.  For the past couple of weeks I've been receiving two calls per day from a Centreville, VA number - 703-829-0487, which appears also to be energy related, some people have reported the calls are looking for support for the Keystone Pipeline.  Nothing from Centreville today, they must have passed me over to Dover for the weekend.

Looks like API (American Petroleum Institute) is coming after voters in MI and elsewhere to get Americans to allow more fracking and whatnot. We appear to be part of their new push for development. Jerks.

The first appearance of any so-called 'derangement syndrome' came when Rush Limbaugh named 'Bush Derangement Syndrome' for you lefties who foamed at the mouth every time you heard his name mentioned... Received 2 calls this morning from 603-285-6137. Did not pick up and no message left. Google search shows the phone number belongs to Paetec Communications, Inc in New Hampshire. Google also shows Paetec Communications with a Michigan address at: 1874 Thunderbird, Troy MI 48084

I play a .wav file with the old AT&T (tones) "Were Sorry the Number you have dialed has been changed t" The removes your phone number from their system and political calling lists.
Works like a charm.
