Called and said they were with 'Delta Management' and immediately asked for my date of birth to confirm their records.  Delta Management a scam????

They called my Grandmother in California looking for me, or my Mother. Was trying to get information from my grandmother. She did not give them any.

Called father looking for ( not ) me since they had the wrong name.  Delta Management Associates harassment continues.  Delta Management Associates reported to FTC along with Kevin Mclain with Delta Management Associates now calling from 603-285-6426

Voicemail with audible callers in the background. She said she was looking for me and needed a call by tonight not saying where she was calling from.

Receiving calls from Delta Management Groups.  These calls are unsolicited.  Their telephone number is 1 603 285 6487.

Would appreciate information on how to stop these calls.   Their first question is to verify my date of birth which I did not and will not give to them.

Got a call from Delta Management today looking for an aquantance of my adult son who lives in another state. She identified herself as Tammy Duntin 603 285 6495 but did not say she was with a collection agency. I called my son to deliver the message who said he hasn't talked to his aquaintance in several years. Now I am upset that I got this bogus call through a roundabout deceptive manner to involve me, a retired senior citizen who has enough to worry about without having to deal with more crooked people taking advantage of elderly people!

Delta Management Associates, student loan debt collector/bottom feeder. How they got my new-ish cell number, I wish I knew. Called looking for my deceased neighbor. Told them where to go to find him

This is a debt collection company disgused as something else. They called my 83 year old mother, my cell phone, my ex spouse, a person who stalks me and more.  They were  abusive and used threatening tactics in violation of Federal Law.  They called just about every day several times a day.  I reported them, but their response was they did not call all those people and tell them they were calling about debt.  So, the government took no action.  Delta lied!  Call from are code (603) 285-6528.

I'm not sure what you are saying. This isn't a "stalking" situation.  If they violated federal law, then you have a case against them.  I would suggest that you do the following since their address is easily found on the internet:

You need to send them a certified, return receipt debt validation letter (think of it as the best $6.47 you ever invested).  Also send it first class mail in case no one will sign for it.  Make a notation of that fact at the bottom of the letter.  You also need to report them to the proper agencies to which I have provided links to.  Then you need to go out and get a consumer lawyer to sue them on a contingency basis (no money out of your pocket) and let them pay you for the harassment.  If everyone did these three things, these crooks would be bankrupt and we would all be the richer for it.  Use these web sites to find an attorney in your state that will probably take the case on a contingency basis (no money out of your pocket up front):  http://www.consumeradvocates.org/
