This is from a debt collector called MRS Associates.  They've been calling me every day for a couple of months now, always hanging up before the first ring completes.  There isn't any way to answer a call that fast.  If I call back, all I get is a message to wait for the next agent.  If their goal is to collect debt, I don't see how this hang-up strategy is going to do anything for them.  Maybe it is some 'tard who gets paid by how many people he attempts to contact, never mind actually succeeding, so he just hangs up before anyone can answer and slow him down. Moron.

I do not owe any money to anyone.  The call could be for whoever had this prepaid cell phone number before me.

    I get so many robocalls that I have taken to not answering a call from a number I don't recognize.  Then I do this, look up the number to find out who it is.  They never leave a message, so I'm pretty sure it's someone I don't want to hear from.  If, by chance it is someone I want to hear from, I call them back.  But 99.9% of the time, it is just another mechanized robot calling, like this one.  I am learning to ignore them, being past the point of being nice and answering the phone, or calling them back.  A waste of time and energy.  I am even trying to temper my anger at their thoughtless, selfish, constant intrusions, mainly because I believe there is nothing we can do about them.  I am on the Do Not Call list, and if I tried reporting every one of them, I'd spend my life with fruitless activities .  There are too many of them.
