has called daily for the last 4 or 5 days a little earlier each time. I answered the first time and a computer said to please hold for an important call. It must be an illegal marketing call since I am on the national do not call registry.

I have been getting calls from this number since I lost my job and have been unable to pay 2 credit card bills.

This is most likely a creditor from either WFNNB Bank,Bank of America or someone affiliated with Pay Pal Buyer Credit.

Calls and doesn't leave any messages. Called it back by blocking my number using *67. It is IC Systems. They collect for PayPal and eBay. Fax a cease and desist contact letter to them at 800-328-9595 or 651-481-6556

haha.  All these calls go to my spam box which I forgot I even had until I check it every few months.  I'm getting a kick out of paypals repeated attempts to collect after they [***] me over.  Go, paypal, go! LOL.  Until next time I remember, keep up the comic relief :)

I have talked to these people and I have researched who they are.
I settle on all my credit cards last year except for one. Bank of America
they sold my loan after I would not pay them becasue they changed the agreement.
The people form this number bought my debt from BOA.
They have every right to collect it but they will not as  far as my own account deal in writing they only want t do business over the phone. They have insulted me yelled at me and lied. They are bottom feeders.

GIGGITY! ME TOO! I forgot I even had this voicemail setup until I checked it 5 months later only to see 1200 voicemails waiting for me! LULZ!!! Okey bye!

It's Paypal alright.  They f'd me over too.  I won't deal with them anymore.  Held a payment up for 30 days for something I sold legitimately on ebay.  They said I didn't have enough feedback.

I got a call from this number today. I don't even live in New Hampshire, yet Paypal calls me with this number. They f'd me over hardcore, and expects me to pay them over $1000??? I don't think so!

I Hate paypal, they f'd me over for like 800 bux, i had to close my bank account and open A new one b/c they froze my account and wouldnt let me take my bank info off or paypal. i am not paying them for something that they r f-n me over with. they have also done the same things with people i know. i just dont shop on ebay anymore b/c of this crap, ughhhh, and i shopped there almost every day:(

Collection Agency on behalf of Paypal. I am the victim of identity theft.  It appears that paypals method for resolving the discrepancy is to send me one email, not reply to my response. Then send me to collections.
This is the thanks I get for being a paypal user since the late 90's with hundreds of transactions.
I have since quit using paypal and ebay (their parent company).

yes its ic system theyre a collection agency. i sold an item on ebay and the guy said he never got it since he paid through paypal they refunded him the money and told me i now owe them 95 dollars. i have the reciept from the post office proving i shipped it but they say thats not good enough. lucky for me though i transfered all my funds out of my paypal account and closed my bank account and opened a new one in time so they could not get the money back but yea if paypal has your bank account info routing and account numbers, they go right in and take it and then you cant do anything about it. its been like two months now and i get these phone calls every day sometimes in the morning or sometimes at night i just dont answer. i cant use paypal any more but who cares!

I got screwed from paypal, just started getting calls. paypal not only continued to charge me for a service I no longer recived after I cancelled, they overdrafted my bank account forcing me into over 600 dollars in nsf fees, just fees. pay pal says I owe them 200 dollars, and now i owe my bank 600 in nsf fees, and its my fault because pay pal had my account number, and pay pal says its my fault because i never cancelled the subcription, which i had proof, the company just wanted to collect. f*kers

yep, it is a scam by PAYPAL who has also screwed me. and i will never give them the money the say i owe them, NEVER,NEVER,NEVER.....

Thank you one and all!!! I have answered this call before and some recorded message comes on but I normally hang right up on those, I tried calling them back but I get no where. Now that I know its paypal they can kiss my a$$!!! I sold a mini grand keyboard in perfect condition, the person who bought it claimed there was something wrong with it and believe me there wasnt. Paypal made me refund the money and told the buyer to return the merchandise, well they took the money back but I never got my keyboard back. I contacted them and told them its not fair that they did this and I didnt even get my stuff back and which time they told me I now have to contact the buyer myself to get it back.... WHAT!?! Basically they are there to help the buyer but screw the seller. There was nothing wrong with that keyboard, we were using it before it was shipped and it worked PERFECTLY! So I got stuck in some kind of scam, I guess all anyone needs to do is buy something, say something is wrong with it, tell paypal you sent it back and you will have your item AND THE MONEY!

its Ebay they have 6 numbers they call me from adding new ones all the time, they got me for 125 fee on the sale of an auto part after the add cost 70 and the item sold for $480, according to them I get 280 for a 480 item and that's fair? I stopped dealing, and now they cal at least 6 times a day , changing numbers every day, area codes 603 202 651 727 and one from Toronto and another from Idaho. When I have answered the will not discuss anything, I said get Ebay to call me, nothing. I wrote to ebay and got the standard generic reply. I think Ebay and their total infrastructure, has no accountability, and are very bad, un ethical people, caviet emptor

paypal is the biggest scam they support the buyer and hell with the seller. i sent a phone to brazil the guy had something wrong with it there wasnt he hadnt even got it yet provided them with tracking info and they still took the money. they are scammers

It's eBay and PayPal collections. Tell them no one here of that name when they call back!
