scam du jour  stay away!!

Several seconds of silence, then a pre-recorded message about government grants for businesses or something. I hung up on them.

Is it possible the cell phone companies are selling our numbers so we will use up our minutes and then have to pay .45 per call even if it is a hangup?

Find them and rid the world of them! Shouldn't be hard, just follow the stink.

Long robocall about government grants for businesses.  No name or contact information as required in message.  Calling the number back gets a recording:  "If you want to be placed on our do not call list, press 1 now".  That's it.  No option for if you happened to be interested in their service.  This, more than anything else, definitely says that this offer is a total scam and is to be avoided at all costs.  Caller ID displays both this number and this number in the name slot.

I have found that if you listen to the whole stupid message, at the end you can push a number to be removed from their call list. they are all different, though, so just pushing a 2 or 9 or whatever won't work. good luck!

They called my business land line.

I got a call from 603-606-4917 last night. They said they were from the Minnesota fraternal order of police and they were looking for donations. If I did make a pledge, I'd get a sticker for my car that would show I contributed. Like I'm sure that would forego a ticket. Ha!

called my business not my area code..oh they got a fax in the ear..love it

Robo call saying your business is qualified for the new stimilus grant by the goverment.  it went on and on and on.  Then at the end says press 1 to be removed off the list.
