They have called twice and do not leave a message.  Looks like the number belongs to a fire dept. in New Hampshire.

The call is actually from the HealthNet health coach department!

Not sure who it was, but they called me, rather late on a school night.. Health Net makes since as I did call them for medical advice last night, and they said they would call back.

they called me twice a week apart (8:22pm today and 9:09 a week ago. every time i was away from my phone and they didn't leave a message. i just found this site, so i guess i know who it is now, although i know nothing about this insurance place people are talking about.

They are calling as late as 8:30 pm. I let the phone take the meaasge, but they never leave a message. NOT very professional. Additionally, if this is a "robo message" (a machine that asks you to wait for a person) they can go to he**. If a human being can't dial my number, and ask for me or leave a message, I DON'T WANT TO TALK TO THEM!!!!!!!

Concerned about these calls to my elderly parents. Yes they do have Health Net insurance but, they ask for their date of birth and address? Also, they wanted to assist in the decision making process. Not so sure these calls are not bogus.

They've been calling me for a couple of years.  I keep telling them that I don't want them to call me again.  I have the number and if I want to speak with them about something, I will contact them.  They called me last night after 10:30 p.m.!!!  Very unprofessional.  I don't want them to call me at all!!

I called Healthnet.Custermor service rep said he did not believe that 603-627-2778 is a Healthnet number and told to disregaurd that nunber and not to give any infornation to the person calling. I am  Healthnet member.  1-03-2012.

They are calling from the Healthnet Health Coach. I received some calls from them in the past without them leaving a message but the last time they did leave a message and specified who they were and even though they were calling from 603-627-2778, the phone number she told me to call back was indeed the phone number for the Health Coach on my Healthnet Subscriber card so they are legitimate.

I've been using the Decision Power phone line via HealthNet for weeks now.  I remember when they first reached out to me, I received 2 calls where they didn't leave a message and then on the 3rd one, they did.  I asked about this, they said they only leave a message on the 3rd call unless they have permission to leave a message, which I thought was professional (and respectful of my privacy...I don't know if I'd want to receive 3 messages on my machine without having talked to these people before...that would seem more like harassment than just the hang-ups).  The health coach I've been working with is professional, knowledgeable and caring and she's a real registered nurse!  I've lost 30 pounds with her encouragement!  It is a legit service and if you have HealthNet insurance, you should strongly consider using them for health questions/concerns.  They are the best!

Have never received a "robo" message from them...always a real person.  They only leave a message on their 3rd try to reach you out of courtesy.

Yes, they are legit.  They are a contracted service through HealthNet, which is why they have a NH number and not a California one.  They really helped my husband recover after his heart attack.  What great people.

That's the number that always comes up on my caller ID too but it is definitely a HealthNet service...In fact, I called customer service one day, asked to be transferred to my health coach, which they did.  I spoke with her and then she asked if she could follow-up and she called me the next day to make sure I was able to get the doctor's appointment I needed to make and that's the number that came up on my caller ID - same health coach I was transferred to from customer service.
