Repeat calls with no messages left

repeat calls, no message, several today

I have received repeated calls from this number with no messge left. Does anyone know who it is?

phone call without messages i expect more. no call back ability because  aline is always busy. I did reverse phone check and found another number that will call and also same problem line is always busy. if anyone knoews who or what is calling please leave detailed info at this site thanks Ann.

I got surveyed about what makes me happy, by some College in NH. The caller id said Durham NH.  The person said they pick random numbers in the US.  She was Pleasant enough.  Since they said they were calling from a college I answered their questions./

The female caller said she was with the University of New Hampshire and was taking a survey on employment and asked if I would participate. I said sure. Her first question was whether I had been reached on a cell phone or land line. I replied "land line". She then said that the next several questions were to ensure I qualified for the survey and asked how many adults between the ages of 19 and 64 lived in my household. I answered "zero". She verified my answer, thanked me for my time and said good-bye. Since it has been 3 years since the last reports of abuse from this number and because 603 is the New Hampshire area code and she was professional and courteous at all times I believe that the number has been reassigned and this was not a scam call.
