This is Windham Associates / Windham Professionals. Very persistent collections agency (all my debts are are 6-9 years old). 603-890-4034 and (603) 890-0344 are also their numbers. This is apparently a new one since there's no Google results for it as of writing this message. I found out by re-dialing (from a blocked number of course) until I finally got through the busy signals and got to a menu identifying the company and asking for my party's extension.

I've previously told this company I'm not who they're looking for and to stop calling, but this had no effect.
