I didn't pick up the phone because I didn't recognize the number on the Caller ID. I checked the message and it turned out that it was a recorded message from Openroad Toyota remining me of my next appointment.

This number has been calling my house for the past 10 days up to 3 times a day. I don't answer it and there's never a message.

It's OpenRoad Toyota. They're calling to remind you of your next maintenance appointment. It's an automated message, so sometimes, your voicemail won't pick it up.

wierd, answered but no one was there.

How do I get off this calling list?

Has been calling my cell for quite a while now, probably 4 months or so. About every couple days, will call during the day and at night time. Don't have voicemail. Don't answer because I know it's no one I know.
Wish it would stop.

It's from the Open Road Group  - I own a Honda and it's an automated message reminding me of my next appointment. nice service reminder!

So if it was really a legitimate phone call, why would a Honda & Toyota dealership from B.C. be calling me in a different province, when
(1) I've never owned a Honda or a Toyota;
(2) never bought a vehicle of any shape or form from a B.C dealership;
(3) haven't even bought a used vehicle in the last 30+ years that may have originally been sold by a B.C dealership?
So in other words.... it's a scam phone call. If they were legitimate the display wouldn't be unknown name!

We live in Alberta & never bought a Honda or Toyota ever.  We have a intrepid! Never bought a vehicle in BC before, have voice mail but did not leave message.
This is an office phone anyway

Called Ontario mobile Rescue Unit number 3x.
Not answered by our crew.

Like so many who have written before me, I do not own a car so there is no reason for a dealership to phone me. Must be a scam.

this number has called my cell my home on several occasions waking me from a sound sleep

This was a recorded message to reduce interest rate and credit card Debt on my phone whn I answered.

The number is Open Road Toyota in Richmond BC.  At least the real one is.  If the call is from Open Road it will leave a message.

But there has been a lot of Caller ID spoofing going on, too.  Spammers have been using legit phone numbers to hide their source.  Open Road is one they grabbed.

Thanks, I think you're right. As I got a missed call from this number today and I know I had an appointment with Openroad Mazda tomorrow.

It's just an automated robo-caller;  I wasn't able to answer at the time, but they left a voicemail. Open Road group was calling to remind me of my upcoming service appointment. I recently bought a Mazda from an Open Road dealer, so Toyota, Honda, Mazda... whatever....nothing to get your knickers in a twist over.
