I receive several calls and messages per day from 604-546-0311.  You can press every button/number that it give you as on option and can never speak to a live individual.   It only gives you options to pay the debt.  When you call the # back you get a busy dial tone.  Whomever they are calling has not been at this number 403-456-6473 for over a year, and I would really appreciate not receiving these calls any longer.

Same here! I get calls as early as 6am at times. I am sick and tired of having this number kill my phone with the amount of phone calls I can get in a day.

  (c) if the debtor has notified the collector and the creditor that the debt is in dispute and that the debtor would like the creditor to take the matter to court.

Send a fax to the collection agency stating you wish to be contacted by written correspondence ONLY, with your full name, mailing address, and note what the matter pertains to. Sign the fax, and record the date you sent it. Keep the fax.

Who ever is calling has left messages on a regular basis, almost daily for some time.  They leave a message for my husband with a reference #.  How do I find out who this is?

Does this sound familiar  ? low life scumbags will hire outside agents to do there bidding, no coincident that they seem to know when your home, away, at work or the weekend, For example Friday 5 phone calls back to back ( 6pm to 7pm ) Saturday 12:43 pm,1:43 pm and so on.
Funny thing is... I know my neighbour works for one of these degenerate companies, One more reason to hate Nanaimo

unfortunate that companies like this exist, not only do they hide behind there infamous office cubicles, set up shop in some sorry looking run down strip mall. they also hire locally small towns, like Nanaimo, affiliate companies that run under different names but its same game. One of there employees is a neighbour of mine, this sick cow found our unlisted number and with some of the shelf software manages to phone our house ( bare minimum of 5 calls  per day). I guess if have no life and enjoy trolling on the internet why not get paid for it.
How is it that  American debt companies that continue harassing get there just desserts. million dollar fines and shut down for good. not us as Canadians we have to assume the position while our government is unable to grow a pair.

This number has been repeatedly calling for me, asking for someone who I am not and who I do not know. Although I have tried, there does not seem to be anyway to talk to a real person and tell them that they are calling the wrong. This error has been wasting my money, and my time.

if you they are calling your cell phone you could use the "block this caller" function.

They keep calling and calling, I stopped answering this number years ago, yet the calls continue. These calls ARE NOT FOR ME. They are for someone else. I am NOT THE DEBTOR. Yet the calls continue and there does not seem to be a way to stop them. They call from 604-546-0271 and from 604-546-0311 and possibly also from an 800 number. These seem to be automated dialer or robo calls. This company should be putting a link on their web site for people to complain when the wrong number is being called. I guess my next option is to file a complaint with the BBB since they at least seem to be able to get some resolution with stopping calls to the wrong number. The company is Wiggins Adjustments Ltd.

This was a recorded message from Wiggins Adjustment on behalf of Diamond Parking to my WORK phone (general office line) asking for me by my full name and giving me 2 options to pay a $112.00 past due parking fine.  No other contact info was given so I just hung up. We don't drive very much and have never parked in a Diamond lot. I have never received any phone calls on my personal phone nor mail (home or business) from Diamond or Wiggins. If all they have is a description of my car, and my license plate, how did they get my work phone number??!!  Even when I am asked for a business number on any form, I always use my cell phone.

Calls at least 9 times and its pissing me off

As you can see from other posts, these are persistent crooks.  Time for a call blocker?  Or see if you carrier offers call blocking?

Keep calling for someone I don't know. I don't even live in Canada!
