This number was unsolicited and extremely rude. I have asked several times to be taken off whatever list he has and was treated with extreme disrespect.

i'm glad i didn't pick up my phone then.

This number has called me several times over the last week and wont stop, they are driving me crazy!!!!

They've called me twice today!!

They keep calling me while I'm working so I miss the call and no message. What are they trying to sell??

They have keep calling me several days, that's awful ! Why? Does somebody know who they r? Why they make call.

This caller has been calling me the past 5 days but they never leave a message. When I tried phoning back, the line was always busy. I finally answered today. They said I signed up for something at the PNE inAug. I remember entering a contest.. They said they were from a company called Direct Buy. I told her I wasn't interested and she hung up.

just got a call from this number today. No message left so I blocked the number.

This number has called me several times recently and never leaves a message....does anyone know how to stop these calls without actually answering and speaking to someone?  I have a blackberry and Telus and I understand that in order to block a number I would have to pay.

For a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number. You can google and see if you can find something that will work for you!

For text messages: forwarding any text message spam you get to the short code  “7726,” which spells “spam” on most phones, to alert your network operator to the abuse. ATT won't accept 7726 But they will accept BLOCK and return a message that the web site is blocked. forward the texts to 7726 or BLOCK, depending on your phone carrier.

I blocked my number and finally got ahold of the person. It's a lady, told her to take my number off!
