Windows Computer Scam Call

This man was speaking English with a chinese accent, telling me he was calling from Windows, and that my computer had downloaded a dangerous program,  I told him he was a crook and never to call back, he hung up.

My call was the same as Maurice. The man said that my computer was downloading --- at this point I went off on him. I told him that my computer was not downloading anything and that I was going to give this number to the attorney general. I told him to take my number off his call list. I would even let him say anything. Then I hung up.

I got called by the same number.  Thanks to caller ID I don't pick up any number I don't know, person would need to leave a message.  Though they keep calling everyday. I always check on the number, thank you all for the feedback o f your experience.

This caller called me and didn't say anything I said hello and he didn't respond

Caller ID: UNKNOWN NAME & spoofed phone numbers 9165550174, 4105550128, 7145550155, 6045550145 (collected so far today)
The scammer did not leave a message on our answering machine.
Our numbers are in the Do-Not-Call Registry.

No name on caller ID, just a lot of numbers.  Spoke English poorly, mumbled something about computer downloading virus.  I told him I was not interested in anything he was selling.

Got a call. Did not (will not) answer these calls. I will not buy or order from an unsolicited phone call. Are there so many idiots in the world that do that it pays them to continue this farce. Wake up America!
No one gets something for nothing. Caller ID is the best money spent. Just look who is calling and don't answer the phone. Yes I lost a call once but the frustration is has saved me is well worth it.

"Dir Assist BC" on caller ID. I didn't answer. They, of course, left no message.

I got the same call. Thank you all for taking the time to let others know of this scammer. I didn't pick up since I didn't recognize the number. But after reading the above, I have blocked this caller. So good bye charlie!! :):)

Scam, stating that my computer was reporting to be downloading a virus.  Stated I had signed up with them and I asked who was them. He states One Solutions.  Told him my computer was fine so what was he talking about.  I asked who was he calling and he said Daniel McIntire.  I told him well you call tell that I'm a female, you either have the wrong number or your lying.  He hung up on me.  He had an accent similar to those call centers in India.
