Funding way  scammed me into $880,  is there anyway to get this money back?

The guy -"Phil" - tried to scam me too. Very pushy. Claims he has potential buyers for my car - needs $890 up front and a deal is more or less guaranteed. Claims to represent Funding Way and clients with bad credit. When something sounds too goos to be true it normally is. And since I'm not an idiot, I refused to pay anything up front, but the [***] keeps calling, waisting his time...

We were also scammed. We have reported it to the local authorities and phonebuster.com. Doubt that we will get any of it back.
