I called this number back...the message said it was something to do with Steven Harper. I left a message to never call me again, never!
Although when I googled this number, it showed up as belonging to a video business on Fraser street.

You know it's a scam when no message is left.

Called at dinner time and I did not pick up and they did not leave a message. 604 is a local area code. I called back and a message identified it as Stephen Harper's constituency. I left a message and told them not to call again as I have already identified that I will not be voting for him and I don't want to be continually called for the next months and months till the election.

Jerks call every day. Too bad my call blocker prevents the phone from ringing. You know you're not wanted when nobody wants to talk to your robocaller.

He phoned and I "said good to go" $##$#$@5

Called with no immediate answer, almost like a bad cell connection. Finally asked for Don or Dawn. I said you have the wrong number and the male said. `` I sort of thought that.`

didnt answer, but i called back.  Stephen Harper outreach centre according to the automated response.  i left a msg saying "Because of your unsolicited phone call, you just lost my vote.  Thanks Stephen Harper"

It is a Conservative Party front group "Voter Outreach Centre" They don't identify themselves as Cons during the call but if you call them back their voicemail does.

Started calling Delta Area ,  14 Aug, and again today 15 Aug ( Sat.)
looks like the machine will keep calling every day, once a day until I answer it!

I've received numerous calls from this phone # in the past few days.  I didn't answer any of them.  I just called the number back and got a recorded message promoting Stephen Harper.  I told them to stop the unwanted calls.
