Silence for the first few seconds, a loud ping noise, and then an automated "goodbye" before hanging up.

Annoying.

I just received a call from this number. When I looked at the caller ID, the name it showed up was weird. It goes like "V053114370200...". Anyways, I answered it but I muted it (so the other end won't hear me). The caller was silent the whole time but I heard some background noises.. It sounded like a telemarketing office.(?)

My Caller ID displayed V10302052460000 along with the telephone number. I did not pick up the receiver. I have had frequent calls where the caller leaves on my answering machine a bell's ding and then says "goodbye" before disconnecting.

This is a Carpet cleaning company in North Vancouver, BC according to 411.ca

Just received a call from this number from a man claiming to be 'the gas fitter' and saying he will be in the area doing some work. Hmmmm. Asking to speak with the owner of the house are you? Perhaps maybe fishing for information to ROB US?!? I'm on to you 'gas fitter'.

Just received and hung up right after picked up the phone. It's from V0128165403000 on incoming display and phone #'s (604) 998-1080. Must be spammer!:/

A guy called from this number(604-998-1080) saying that he is from Natural Gas company wanting to schedule a time to check my gas line and furnace in the house. I told him that I don't need it. Then he said that by B.C. law, we have to check it every year. He tried to confirm my address. I told him that I have someone to check it for me every year, So he hang up.

604-998-1080, display  with V07141932090001, called 2 times today but i didn't pick it.

Sounds like a scam. Real gas fitters are too busy to call you at 6.30 dinner time. Tell him to flock off.

5:36 pm, Nov 16, 2016:  V11161737020003 registered as the 'caller' over the 604-998-1080 phone number.  Male, spoke way too quickly, knew/queried my married name, said he was phone from .... gas company, North Vancouver.  After I asked who this was, I didn't know him, he hung up.

Umm... I got 2 calls from this number today and didn't pick up...by the rest of the notes it doesn't look like i missed anything important............

Picked up the phone, female just say you die and hung up.

Called me a few minutes ago. I did not answer, they did not leave a message. I do not have natural gas in my home. Sounds like a scam.

Claimed he was calling from Fortis and needed my furnace cleaned.  I said I lived in a Condo he immediately hung up.  His English was very poor.  If he was from Fortis he would know I did not have a furnace

I get many calls from this number but let my answering machine pick up. Recently my answering machine was inadvertently disconnected. I received a call from this number but it only rang 5 times. This is the rings to pickup my answering machine is programmed for. Robo's are very interesting.

Called my answering machine & left no message.....Searched number and determined it to be from Spammer.
