Very rude guy. Asked to leave a message and he refused to do so. Sometimes I feel like I am the only person with a loan from them that is late on a payment. If the payment is due on the 20th they are calling on the 20th if the payment is not received. They say there is a 10-day grace period with no late charge but they are calling 10 times a day from 10 different numbers during those 10 days. I have never had an auto loan company as crazy as this one.

this is peachy ... i got a call from this number tonight (didn't answer as i didn't recognize it) and googled the phone number.

looks like it's wells fargo auto finance ... i co-signed on a loan with a friend a while back, and he's been making all the payments - never late once. this month he had a problem with the mail carrier not picking up the payment on the day he put it out ... due to the martin luther king, jr. holiday it was mailed on the 22nd, the day it was due.

it's the 29th now. today is the first call either of us has received from anyone - nobody's called him at all, and he's the primary person on the account. today is ALSO the day that the check cleared his bank account.

freaking morons.

they call me all the time. from many different numbers and blocked numbers. the sad thing is they start calling the day before the payment is due. and since i use the online payment it goes though on the payment due date,then they call and call and call over and over for the week following the payment going through. and then dont even apologize for calling me...ive goten calls as early as 7am and as late as 10pm its rude and i cant wait to get a new car with a new finance company. I hate wells fargo.

Yes they will call you over, over, over, and over why and who does that? Very annoying like an EX. I can't wait to get a new car with a new FINANCE COMPANY.  NEVER AGAIN WITH WELLS FARGO

These [***] are flat out harassers. They called me 7-10 times a day for 2 months, and continue to do so, even though I have told them they are calling the WRONG NUMBER, and have directly told them to quit calling and hung up in their face rudely. They have asked for and named 2 people that don't live here and I have literally never heard of, but they just don't give a fk. They KEEP calling. They are relentlessly trying to collect on some debt form people that don't live here. Great right? I have pitbull collectors on my ass when I don't even have any debt problems myself. I have added 4 of their numbers so far to my call screening, and they just use a new number. This is obviously illegal at this point, I am highly stressed because of it at this point, and I'm going to be a rich mother fk'er thanks to my upcoming lawsuit.

I received a call from this number and many more from wells [***] auto finance.
I hate how they let some loser call center take care of there crap.
I made my payment Friday (a few days late) and I received phone calls all weekend long and still today on Monday!... umm.. I made the payment already jerks!!!!
They also call from 800-565-2310 and 816-584-2070 .
These losers try anything they can to setup a payment with you over the phone,, and they are not even Wells Fargo! and they charge a 10$ fee for setting up payment over the phone with them.. Screw you guys, I will take my payment to the bank personally.

I agree.  That happens to me all the time especially when my payment is due on a Tuesday and I don't get paid until Friday.  I love how they say it is in the system and the calls will be held, but that never seems to happen.  Are they on the same computer system or do they not know how to properly read notes in the system.

I feel the same way! Don't pay with cash at a branch either, it sometimes doesn't post until 10 days after payment! And when they call you can give them the reference number for your payment and they'll "put it in the notes" then they will call the next day and you can refer to your previous conversation and magically the notes are missing or not referred to before they start hounding you as if you are a deadbeat of some sort!

Harassment calls multiple times a day

I am so glad and so sorry for all of you.  I too told them they had the wrong person 3 months ago.  Also, I know who they need and she  has made 37 payment never over 30 days late.  They are the most annoying fricken finance company.  They went as far as saying she was 180 days late when all payments were made online their website and threatened to take car.  Well they did alot of apologizing.  They cause her so much stress  you should all get an attorney.  Times are hard and they are big [***].

They do the same thing to me every month 1 day after due date. I wish I could get an attorney..

Yeah they will harass over and over!! I have a big truck and they can take it back for all I care and shove it up their ass...With the way the economy is going I cant afford the gas and upkeep on that thing anymore anyway...the way they harass me makes me want to do a voluntary repo right now!! F*ck Wells Fargo...I hope they go down like WAMU!

I have gotten so many calls until it's really ridiculous.  They're calling from a gazillion different phone numbers.  It's a crime they way they harass the living crap out of you.  I have all intentions of paying them but good grief it's pure harassment.  I spoke with a rep last week and told her I will send payment Western Union on Thurs when I get paid.  I am taking a day next week to see if I can get this car refinanced.

I get several phone calls from these people. but they will blow my ofice phone up and not even bother with my primary number. Tha bad thing is I was late once and made arrangements on said date for an online payment as usual. A few days later I recieved another call demanding a response by 4:00. I called and they told me I MUST make a payment NOW to avoid collections...........I gave them the notes from the previous conversation and of course their explanation was

"They were not a Wells Fargo epresentative"

So you send your inquiries out to a third party source? Well I no longer take their calls or make arrangements with them. I simply pay online and avoid contact with them at all if possible.

Seriously in this economy and the shortage of capital to secure Wells Fargo can't afford to lose any accounts, they sure aren't making any new ones.
