    Citibank is a pain, they call for now reason all the time. Even if all your accounts are lined up! Companies should LEAVE A MESSAGE if they want to be called back.

    Received a call on my cell phone. Caller ID identifies the number as 605-331-2626, time as 10:48 AM on July 7, 2011. They asked for a person who I don't know. The name is the same as one I used to receive collection agency calls for.

    The caller claimed the call was about a student loan, but refused to tell me who she is employed by. I instructed her, and the company she works for, not to contact me by any means except postal mail. She said she would remove my phone number from "the list."

    Left a garballed message.  No idea who it is or what they want.  Cannot understand a word of the message.  It is not loud enough to really hear and may be in Spanish or heavily accented and they speak really fast.  If it was important, you would think they would leave a decent understandable message.  My experience with Citibank has been HORRIBLE so it would not surprise me if it is them.
