- Anonymous replies to Anonymous| 1 replyJust for follow up, I spam called them back until I got someone that didn't hang up on me. He couldn't find my "case number" and said they must have called me by mistake. When I inquired about the company he worked for it seemed like he was making it up on the fly. When I was explaining all the instances of being put on hold and having calls ended he stated that they had a high number of calls and it was causing them to end early.
I finished the conversation by stating this was highly unprofessional and I viewed this "company" as being a scam. At this point he hung up.
Long story short, ignore all calls from this phone number. - Kevin| 3 repliesCalled today. Caller ID says this number is from South Dakota. We live in PA. Said they were calling because a member of the family was getting ready to be served, and something about needing to call back otherwise all legal rights would be waived once served. Part of the message was a live woman and part was a pre recorded message.
Pretty sure it's a scam or bill collector trying to scare people. - PamStupid scammer called today! Dont pick up ignore these dumbass people

- SLB2468 replies to Kevin| 2 repliesCalled for "Robert Smith". I am a girl. Had my number over 5 yrs.
All recorded message. listened to entire spiel & tried to break through to talk but it just made the message loop start over. It is illegal for them to disclose any information to a 3rd party about a lawsuit pending against someone without identifying yourself & making sure that you have the correct party on the other end of the line. Fair Debt Collection Act prohibits this.
I tried calling back to talk to someone to take me off the list & they kept putting me on hold. When I got a live body & told her I recorded their unlawful automated message & was going to report them to FTC, she said it wasnt me & hung up. They never disclosed the name of the company, but I kept calling back & got voicemail saying it was AAL Processing...
Just ignore them. They probably bought some old debt with old info & never checked it before calling to harass people. - Annoyed in California| 1 replyThese people keep calling, constantly changing their phone numbers. They are criminals. I am reporting them to my friend in the FBI. He will do the follow up. It is time to shut down these criminal compamies, and force their employees to find real jobs.

- same hereThese people call forever - I am so sick of it! They have different voices, but the same script, and the same "case number" each time. I've been collecting the numbers, this is the 8th different number they've used in the last 30 days! Total scam, and there's no way to block them if they keep changing all the time. I don't answer, ever, but they still leave the same voice mail message. I have been "officially notified" dozens of times, threatened with arrest, blah, blah, blah. I've never seen anyone show up anywhere. Nothing filed through the real court system, total scam. Don't talk to them, block their number and give it a week and they'll call again with a different number. They have been partially identified on here as AAL processsing, Reliant Group, and others I can't find at the moment. None of these actually exist as legitimate companies, and process servers NEVER call in advance. Defeats the purpose!! If you talk to them they will demand payment for some nonexistent debt "or else"! No, doesn't work that way!! Don't answer, don't pay!!

- PattyReceived a automated call from this number today at my place of business stating they are from the process and summons department. There would be 2 charges filled against me due to fraudulent activity reported to my name and social security number. I needed to call them before I was served in order to settle or else my rights would be fore-fitted.
When I called back on 2 different occasions, I was asked how they can help, I was cut off and placed on hold for over 25 minutes. I hung up as no one came back to the phone.- Caller: AAL Processing

- AnonymSaid they were calling because I was getting ready to be served as there was a fraudulent case against my name an SS # and something about needing to call back otherwise all legal rights would be waived once served. - MJcalled my home & cell, I've been notified that I will be served either at home or work. Don't know who they are. Don't answer scam callers. It seems they never give up.
- Highly AnnoyedThey have been calling my mobile # since March. They have even called my husband's number. We just recently married so I have no idea how they have is number. They call from all different area codes. They have now eased off of the cell phone to only a few times a week, but they call my main number at work at least twice a day and the office manager is pretty sick of it. So am I. Now i get to worry about my job because of these jerks and I have no idea what it is about...and not even a live person! I keep ignoring the calls, I have excellent credit, but now I stand out like a zit at work.
