Below is a comment I left for the first number I have listed in my comment.  However, the footnote at the bottom is reporting the above number.  Please read and be aware!

I got a call a ferw minutes ago from 702-938-2507, which showed on my caller ID as Private Caller.  I decided to answer, and the lady on the other end said she was with Qwest (I have Qwest phone service) and since I was a "low usage" long distance customer, they werre offering a discount on my basic service and would lower my per minute long distance charge starting next month.  I informed her that I have flat rate long distance with Qwest (which, if she was REALLY with Qwest she would see that on my bill....duh!) to which she replied that this offer wouldn't help me and hung up.  I called Qwest Customer Service to report the number as fraudulemt, and they told me they've had NUMEROUS complaints from their customers, many of whom are elderly and think this is legitimate savings....until they find out they have been switched to another phone company at a higher rate and get mad at Qwest...who really had nothing to do with it!  The FCC is aware of the problem and supposedly looking into the situation.
FOOTNOTE:  As I was writing this, I received ANOTHER same type call from 605-519-6765 (45 minutes after the last call!) which came up on caller ID as Out of Area.  She told me she was with NTT.  Report Report Report!!!  Let the FCC know, your local phone service, your congressman, ANYONE who has ANYTHING to do with communications.  These idiots are not only fruadulent, they are as illegal as the day is long!!!  This is a SCAM and Bait and Switch in the purest form!!

I've gotten calls from this number many times. They come when my wife and I are at work, so we haven't answered it yet.

I've received numerous calls from this number, and each time I've asked them to remove my number from their calling list. Today was the last straw. I told the woman that I was not going to fall for her scam and told her she should be ashamed of herself for trying to commit fraud. She called me an a**hole. Nice. Not only are they harassing me with their constant phone calls, but now they're heaping verbal abuse on me. Over my own phone line while I'm in the privacy of my home. Someone needs to stop these criminals.

They called me early in the morning and left no message.  It is interesting to note that other people have had trouble with this caller.  I am glad that this site is here.

this  same early morning call came from a pleasant sounding voice telling me  if I wnanted to save money on my phone bill she could HELP ME.  Igave her information about my account that  I shouldnt have revealed.  this is a scam  and has caused me  problems changing items involving passwordsand other   personal  items that have caused work and time wasted for me.

Just yesterday I received a call from this phone number too, 605-519-6765. The man on the other end asked to speak to the person in charge of our long distance. I told him to take our name and number off his list and he said, "you want AT&T to take you off our list?" I told him, "yes I do as we both know this has nothing to do with AT&T." He got very nasty and I wound up hanging up on him. He called back right away and I didn't answer. The persistent b*stard!

If you give them any information they will switch your long distance over to their company, whatever it is, within the blink of an eye. It's happened to our business line before and I've had to contact AT&T about this. Thank God AT&T is such a reputable company and works fast to correct any damage.

Don't give them any information. Just hang up on them and save yourself a lot of time and energy!

This number is repeatedly calling for the owner or whoever is responsible for the phone bill and I keep telling them he is not in, becuase I know it is a scam.. They keep trying and I keep telling them no..  If you are on the do not call list can these companies get fined?

Lady called, said with AT&T and asked if we got the new rate changes and wanted to speak to the person in charge of the phone bill.  I asked her if a notice was sent about the rate changes and stated that if a notice was sent, then she doesn't need to speak to anyone.  Hung up.

Phone scammers. say they're calling about our Qwest account. Tired of them calling, wonder why the phone company can't do something about it?

Don't try to talk to them, they'll try and slam your account.

South Dakota also gave us worthless John Kerry! First he voted for telemarketing spammers, and then he voted against it.

The local phone company needs to provision for us to be able to block like a 100 unwanted calls rather than the anemic 10 that AT&T allows (AT&T = always troublesome and terrible).

No msg was left by these j.e.r.k-off's.

This is a spoofed number emanating from elsewhere via IP-redirecting.

DO NOT FALL VICTIM TO THESE DIRT BAGS. BEST TO DUMP INTO VOICE JAIL, OR NOT ANSWER AT ALL.

Got a call from this lady today.  I hung up on her.  She called back and i told her she is not my phone service..  she tried to talk again..  I told her again she is not my phone service.   The nerve of these people...  What a scam...

Just got a call from this number, and have before. No one there--I call it back and it says: We're sorry, your call cannot be completed as dialed!!

Got the call today...were very persistant with me. I kept asking, why isnt ATT the one calling me and they kept saying they had an agreement with them.

Whole time I was on the phone, I googled the number and found this page thank God. I literally asked about everything that has been written here and they danced circles trying to explain to me that my att bill would be lowered, I just had to agree to do it.

Just got a call from this number (605-519-6765) asking to speak to the person in charge of at&t account.  Luckily, we just had a rep come ino the office from at&t last week.  When I told the caller this she immediately got huffy with me and said that she would say I declined the discount and hung up on me.

Next time you receice a call from this number, start hitting the # key as many times as it takes to disconnect. It may kick the number out of their system for good.

Got a call at my work today from 605.519.6765 - it was a woman who asked to speak to the person who handles the Qwest account.  I told her I did not want to speak to any telemarkers or phone resellers and she specifically said she is not, that she is actually with Qwest.  I told her I am not interested and she immediately became belligerent and abuse so I hung up.  She immediately called me back and screamed at me.  Again, I hung up.  During the course of the 15 minutes that followed, she called a total of 8 times - screaming, name-calling and being extremely abusive.  The last time she called I told her I would report her to the FCC and that's exactly what I did.  To file a complaint with the FCC, either go online to find them - or you can call FCC's hotline at 1-888-CALL-FCC

Got a call similar to the ones listed above. Fortunately, I did not agree but instead called AT&T to make sure they did not have orders to transfer my service to another company. Like the saying goes, If it sounds to goo to be true, it is."

I too got a call from them.   I guess the person above is right, that they are re-directing the number, I hate scam outfits like this.   I hope they burn in hell.
