Called my home.  No message

At 1:43 pm on 5/12/2015 my home landline telephone rang.  The caller left no message.  Obviously, it was a scammer or an attempt to try and sell something.  At any rate, the caller is in direct violation of the do not call register.  I'm now off to file a formal complaint as i'm fed up with idiotic scam calls and people trying to sell something or scm someone! All the caller id showed was "sioux falls, south dakota" followed by the phone number shown that was 605-553-9106 and then "sioux falls, south dakopta."  i note other complaints on google about the same voiceless caller and no messages.

I'm on the Do Not Call Register.  Obviously, that doesn't matter at all due to receiving a Robo Call every day at 2:55 pm.  I anwered one time and got nothing but silence.  Now, I simply click the on off phone button within a second and then file a formal complaint via another method. All the caller ID shows is as follows: "6055539106" followed by the number "605-553-9106."  I suspect the number does not even exist!
