I have no overdue bills with anyone. I don't have a clue why they are calling. - Mila| 3 repliesA guys from Wells Fargo said that I need come up with a full payment for the month of January because I am late. I informed him that I have made some payment arrangement with Wells Fargo and we have some aggreement about the monthly amount that I can afford because I just recently relocated to a different state and looking for a job and unfortunately cannot find right away. At least this guys was understanding with my situation and he told me okay and hang up the phone right away. Unlike yesterday this lady was rude and made treats that I will loss everything I have including the person who co-sign with my student loan if I don't come up with the payment that she was asking from me. I have turn her in to the state lawyer and my lawyer send a paperwork to sign and we might take further action to this matter.

- Adam| 1 replyThis number has called me numerous times over the last couple of weeks. My phone rings once or twice and the stops, before I even have a chance to answer it. I tried calling back and it instructs you to leave a voice message. Sounds like a scam to me, someone trying to get you to give up personal information over the phone...or perhaps even send them a payment for "collection"
Don't fall for this one. - Adam replies to AdamEDIT: Oops, looks like I was wrong. I just searched through my past bills and sure enough one was missing so it looks like I missed a payment. Strange that I could never get to the phone in time to answer it before they hung up though.
- rcJust got a call from this number. Answered, but they hung up. If it is WF Student Loans Dept. That's fine, I need to talk to them anyway since they've screwed up applying my payment again. My paper statement and online statements don't match, and both say I only made a partial payment, but not for the same amount - However I made the full payment and have records to prove.
