Esurance called to collect missing info to complete car insurance.

Just Esurance calling to tell me that my credit card information they had on file did not allow them to charge my monthly fee.  Whoops!  Now I'll know its them calling.

Esurance was calling to notify me that my credit card going to expire and I needed to update my payment info.  They were very nice.

Call was from Esurance, called to inform me that payment from my cc did not go through. Rep I spoke to was very friendly, efficent and to the point. No attemp to upsell anything on call

esurance calling, to tell me cows from outerspace had stolen my car, but that it was not covered under their policy.... oppps.

There should really be a policy that covers this. I had a similar incident, but it was not cows, but Space Squid. Very disappointed that this is not covered.

it was esurance. They happened to be extremely rude and couldn't get it through there head that I was at work and could not take the time to talk to them. I work in a hospital and we are very busy! I can not take the time out of my day to deal with them.

why would you answer if you didnt have time to talk?

i'm sure they are calling cuz i lost my job and have no $ to pay them.  Got a letter telling me that they are cancelling my insurance on the 30th.  Bummer.  Gotta get something.  Just checked out the california low income insurance.  $400 per year!  yeah!

Esurance callled..probably wanting a payment. PSHT... i switched to a better insurance..CURE!!! gO AHEAD esurance..raise premiums..youre losing consumers!

Esurance called to let me know my car insurance payment is late.  So nice of them to let me know.  One problem though: I don't own a car!

never experienced such horrible service. was called to inquire as to why I had my attorney contact them regarding a charge to my account. When I informed them it was because no one had responded to my calls requesting why my card was charged without authorization and then charged double what had been charged the year prior. My driving record is unblimished so there should be no reason for such an increase and upcharge. Moreover, I have never received a phone call, email or postal mail from esurance since the first purchase. I paid for 6 months in advance and then without any communication charge my card 45 days before the date that is in the contract I agreed to be the next date that payment for renewal was due. So I asked how illegal this was and found out it very much is.

I find it mind boggling that people who say they are "too busy" to take a call are the same dolts that pick up the phone!  You relinquish your right to say you are "too busy" after you take the call.  If you're too busy, DON'T ANSWER IT!  And since they were probably contacting you for information you needed to provide in the first place, maybe you should "take care of business" so you won't be "bothered" in the first place!  I pray I never end up in the "hospital" you apparently work at C!!!!
