this scam is the irs settlement scam.  If you go to the irs.gov site it will tell you that they only contact you by mail.  It comes up on my caller id as service dept,  do yourself a favor and don't even talk to them or they will be even more persistent!!

I receive at least 5 calls a day. 2 different numbers.  Disconnecting the calls don't work they keep calling..

Get at least 5 calls a day... keep disconnecting calls but they are persistent.  How do I even block from calling?

These people call constantly, even after choosing the option to be removed from their calling list.  Some BS about Obama Care.

That call at least twice per week. Something about Obama Care. I answered the first call. After that I did not answer anymore calls. And they don't use a valid phone number. One of the ways to block a large number of scam calls is to buy a call blocker. I'm getting one.
