Received a call from this number today - did not answer and they did not leave a message.

Received call on 3/27 at 2:08 pm.
Number showing on caller ID is spoofed - ther is no such prefix in area code 606.  
I didn't answer but three people on another site are reporting a credit card scam.

Received this call today, 3/27, from 606-950-7080 and others like it with different area codes.  Never do they leave a message.  They are a  scam.  I heard of a victim who fell for a "Nigerian Oil" scam.  Lost lots of family money.  Don't get taken.  Do not answer.

This is a scam.  Legitimate telemarketers honor the Do Not Call List.  Only scammers dial at random like this clown does.  I just got a call from them.  When I did not answer, it quit ringing.  No voice mail....:)

received call from 606-950-7080 did not answer, did not go to voice mail. Found out area code 606 covers part of Kentucky. must of been a telemarketer or a scammer.

keep caling me every day 4-5 tyimes a day will not leave mess and sometimes will hang up if i answer

I received a call at 4:30 pm. I did not answer, they did not leave a message.

Got a call at 4:32 on 3/28, I answered but got no answer back. Just dead air.

Received call, no one on the other end.  Blocked caller on cell phone.

Got a call from this number. Said it was visa mastercard services and I qualify for lower interest rates on my cards...I dont have any cards....

Got a call today at 12:47pm on 3-28-13. No msg left. Must be telemarketer or scammer.

Got a call from these bozos today.  I tried to text my brief, but explicit and graphic instructions for them but it was not sent as that is supposedly a land line.  My only option was to add them to my contact list. They are now listed as "Piss Me off 29".  I am thinking about using my Congressional members phone numbers in response to these solicitations.  Then our dim bulbs in Washington can take a few of these calls and see what a joke the "Do Not Call" lists are really like>

What makes them think that calling frequently from so many fake phone numbers will make me more likely to fall for their scam?

If someone was not making money out of all of this, the whole business would have fallen apart long ago. That is why these numbskulls keep calling and calling and calling.

-- NOTE: This is also a holiday time. The creeps could be "ramping up" their activity because they think more people will be at home because of the holidays. That's just a guess, though.

Got two calls in a row, one from 606-950-7080 and a minute later from 4106069507080.  Seems the scammers forgot to delete the 606 when they changed the spoof to a Baltimore number. LOL

Area code 606 is Kentucky

I was at the other end of the house getting ready to shave when i heard my cell ringing. I missed the call and didn't recognize the # so punched it into google and this forum. As mentioned above, i also believe that the recent holiday may have something to do with seemingly random calls reaching our phones by possible scammers so be ware. I tried calling the spoofed number back direct as it is listed as 606-950-7080 and as expected i got the 'Verizon Wireless ~ your number cannot be completed as dialed'.
